Professional staff and tactless manager (Titan shopping center) I would like to express my gratitude to the consultant and the security guard at the Kravt store (shift on March 17, 2026). The girl professionally helped with the selection for 30 minutes, the guard took care and brought coffee to relax the sense of smell. They literally "pulled" the sale. But the head of her behavior zeroed everything out. I really don't want these employees to get hurt because of my honest feedback. The service on their part was 5+. The whole impression was ruined by the manager (a woman about 45 years old, with a short dark haircut). While at the checkout, she allowed herself a tactless interrogation: why do I want to order perfume on the website, and not buy it from her right now. When I explained that I was expecting a discount for my birthday, and then went to the counter with a specific bottle and asked for the exact name, she sarcastically said: "Do you even hear them? You spray yourself, otherwise you can't breathe, we're all in a cloud here." It is absolutely absurd to chastise a customer in a perfume store for using testers and asking questions about the reasons for buying online. I don't want to spoil my clothes with a mixture of scents, that's what blotters are for. After such public rudeness and pressure from the management, the desire to buy in this branch completely disappeared, as if I was superfluous there, even though I had money with me, I just had to think, I could come back in 10 minutes and buy perfume, delighted that my choice was appreciated by the consultants. But I don't want to buy perfume and remember the manager's speech every day. I was also unpleasantly surprised by her affectionate way of addressing her subordinates. Without any negativity, she revealed the scents that I was interested in, as a result, we bought good perfumes for my wife and me, she also offered to register in the application and receive an additional discount in honor of the birthday, which was very pleasant! As a result, about 600 rubles came out , she also helped to register . I honestly don't remember the girl's name, but you should thank her for her work, if anything, we still have her phone number, which ends at 19-60. Further, I had some embarrassment that these are the originals of the perfume, but this is not a question for the service staff!
