There are a couple of things about the clinic itself that I wish were better. The first point is that during treatment, the retractor is a necessary and useful thing, the mouth gets tired of being in the open position without it, especially if it is a question of canal repair. Second: The drill machine that drills produced a large excess of water, and the doctor struggled with it as best she could. The third: An act of completed work, it is important for me to understand what I am paying money for. This is a kind of my guarantee as a client-patient that I do not overpay for air. They removed another normal seal, healed the roots and put a seal worse than the previous one, referring to the fact that the tooth is still under the crown. At the same time, I was not warned in advance that I would need to put a crown anyway. I paid over 800 rubles for this service. I visited them 2 times, so within two weeks after the first visit to the clinic, it turned out that my medical record, along with an X-ray of the tooth, was lost and the doctor was finishing the work from memory.

But the service is a very big minus on my part. I chose the clinic closer to home so as not to waste extra time on the road. And as a result, now we need another appointment, because I just sat under the door for half an hour of my appointment. By the way, there is no bonus or discount for such moments.

The service is not for your money, the attitude towards customers is not caring. The receptionist did not specify my symptoms, they signed up for caries treatment - it turned out to be pulpitis. As a result, we got a "high-speed" treatment of 4 channels in 1 hour (the picture was also not taken at either the first or second stage of treatment). The doctor did not warn about the possible consequences in the form of "sagging" of the filling (it just felt like half of my tooth fell off) and pain. When I called and identified this problem, they recorded it the next day, but when I came home after taking time off from work, they said they would not do anything, because the card was with the doctor (who took it home). I think this is just disrespectful attitude towards customers

The day before, my wife was carefully examined by another therapist and did not find caries in that tooth there. I found this one. The cleaning, which is supposed to be done for an hour in connection with the "discovery" of caries, lasted two times less for the same cost. All this, coupled with a boorish attitude and a corresponding aftertaste. In general, if you want to feel the "authority of the doctor" A.G.Hakobyan and give 310 BYN for an hour of visit, then you are here. But I strongly do not recommend it to others. Here, Crevtivdental's creativity will be felt only by your wallet and the murdered psychological state.

Everyone from administrators to doctors is very polite, friendly and competent. There was no such case when they tried to impose some unnecessary procedures on me, they did not answer any of my questions (which often happened in other places where I had to treat my teeth). I was treated by Lyubov Konstantinovna Kozlova and prosthetics by Yulia Ivanovna Malinovskaya. And in both cases it was a super enjoyable experience. I received comprehensive care, thanks to which I did not have to put implants (as recommended in all other places). All the crowns that needed to be made were made and installed just perfectly.
