I want to share my experience of visiting the Credo salon. The salon itself left a positive impression on the whole — the atmosphere is pleasant, the interior is decent, and overall I feel comfortable there. However, unfortunately, my experience with nail artist Valentina turned out to be extremely disappointing. I turned to her for nail strengthening and shellac coating. Two weeks later, one of the nails broke almost in half. The master answered my question quite indifferently — "well, it happens." In addition, the reinforcement was so weak that it could be removed with a regular file, which is completely unacceptable for such a procedure. And when removing the coating, the master damaged the nail plate, which is why I had to repair my nails for more than six months. It is a pity that such an experience overshadowed my visit to the salon. I hope that the management will pay attention to the quality of the work of the craftsmen so that other clients do not encounter this.
