I'd say it's a strange office. I came here on a Saturday to find out the situation with issuing my card. There was only one window open, that of the cashier desk. The lady at the desk was unable to answer any of my questions and repeated her mantra, "You need to go to the operator at the branch office where you ordered the card." Unfortunately, she could do only cashier operations, as I understand... So consider this fact before going here on Saturdays. I have no questions about her but a few for the management: 1. Aren't your branch offices in the same system? Shouldn't the data be stored in a common database and be available at any branch office? 2. If this office has only a cashier on Saturdays, please specify this info in popular reference systems so people would not waste their time, coming here for operations other than cash transactions.

The staff were polite and helpful, there were no problems with the service, even they understood me in a broken mix of Georgian and English. If you walk a couple of blocks further, there is a Credo for expats, they speak Russian there, this needs to be understood and taken into account. In general, the department is excellent, the service is fast, but someone does not speak Russian, this is another country and this is quite normal and understandable, I will come here again, yes. Absolutely sane employees who can help if necessary.
