Here, in fact, it is the flowers that deserve their star in the review)) Because the service has ruined all the beauty and variety of colors! We were served by a florist (if you can call her that) named Victoria. We thought for a long time and decided which of all the splendor to choose. We realized that it was better to turn to a professional. IN VAIN! I will tell you the situation in detail: We asked about the burgundy chrysanthemums. We thought she would take it out and show us how a bouquet of such and such a number of branches would look. Well, that's what they usually do, as it seemed to me. To see if you need to add something.... But no, she's just!!She pulled 5 branches out of the pile of flowers and ran away from the refrigerator, where the flowers are. We flew after her. They asked her to show them how the flowers looked, but she had already tied them up quickly, she was bored and that was it. Okay... by the way, there was no crowd in the salon, that everyone needed to be served quickly - there were a couple more besides us, but they were served by another florist (by the way, they were so well advised by both flowers and decoration, but we were just unlucky, apparently) Our wonderful florist Victoria asked about the paper. Of course, there is absolutely no choice. Either cheerful bright polka dots, or dark gray and dark green parchment. We asked: "And which one do you recommend?" (after all, the florist understands better than ordinary people). The answer is super simple: "well, that's all it's worth....well, dark green or dark gray.... You can see for yourself" Wow! Well ok. But with such a combination, our bouquet would look no more festive than a dark wreath in a cemetery ( They apologized and asked to change the chrysanthemums to white ones anyway (let me remind you: the flowers are not packed yet, just tied at the bottom). It is easier to choose the packaging for them from the paper that they have. God!!! It's like I asked her to wash her car by hand!!! She rolled her eyes, clucked and sighed and went to change the flowers. But we already knew that it was necessary to catch it at the entrance to see how a bouquet of white looks. Caught))) When choosing paper, the previous situation was repeated ... no one was going to tell us anything... well, OK As a result, the packaging was disgusting! The bottom of the package was not stapled with a banal stapler! The result - we did not have time to get into a taxi, as the bouquet just fell apart!!!! Thank you, dear Victoria! Such florists do not work with flowers, but at most clean up the snow in the parking lot (although I would not trust this either).
