A great new hotel, very cozy, small. I took the HB tour. The breakfasts are excellent, very tasty. The buffet is common and standard: a little hot, cheese, yogurt, breakfast cereals. Separately, you can order additional breakfast dishes individually (there are many options for cooking eggs, but no porridge). Dinner by appointment turned into lunch, brought to the room at the time. It's very convenient when you're lying by the pool: get up, eat, go lie down again. I guessed only on day 3 that I should be reminded to make no spicy food))) Don't repeat my mistakes, ask right away, the hotel is not used to Russian tourists yet. There are very few compatriots in the hotel. The pool is not deep 115 cm. There are comfortable sun beds and individual gazebos with sofas near the pool. The territory is small, but well maintained. Cleaning is done every day, but there was a precedent for not taking out the trash. It's critical in the heat, check it out. There are no insects in the hotel. Nearby is the lively Cozy Beach Hotel, from there there is a street where there are shops and street trade. It's not my first time in Thailand and it's in the Pratamnak area, everything is familiar to me, I was looking for a relaxing holiday - at the Cross pattaya pratamnak hotel I found what I wanted.

I really liked the hotel! New, clean, beautiful. The service is excellent! The interior, the food, the pool - everything is great. There is a game area with a kicker, table tennis and billiards. There is everything within walking distance, but you can't walk along the beach to the port (to sail to Koh Lan), but this is not a problem)

The hotel is super! I liked the service of the staff at the reception, but there is a question for the cleaners, you call them by pressing the button in the room when you need it, coffee (coffee machines with capsules in the rooms), tea and sugar for 2 weeks of stay did not put themselves once😆 The hotel has a menu for pillows, there are 10 of them to choose from, I didn't get any, although👆🏻in the reviews all Europeans praise the beds and that sleeping is just very comfortable - it wasn't convenient for me😆 otherwise, the hotel is cool, very convenient location to everything, nice, small clean area, and as always, I liked that mostly Europeans, Japanese and Chinese rest there, there are practically no Russians, and therefore drunken screams and immoral behavior too👌🏻 If anything, I'm a man who was born in Moscow.😉

Beyond all praise!The hotel fully meets its 5-star rating.Everything in the room is brand new (I have not seen such good plumbing in any hotel-this is always an indicator of the level of the hotel), daily cleaning. In addition to the kettle, there is also a coffee machine in the room.The breakfasts are good, in addition to the buffet, you can also order from the menu (for breakfast for free)!There is a nice pool, but shallow (1.2 m). It is 3 minutes from the beach (conveniently, you can sail directly from there by speedboat to Koh Lan and do not need to get to the pier).There is a street with famous restaurants nearby.I highly recommend this hotel, I hope that it will not deteriorate over time.

A new modern hotel, everything is clean and beautiful. Comfortable rooms. Although, you can add towel hooks in the bathroom. Excellent staff - provides everything on demand. Excellent breakfasts with a wide selection of dishes and champagne. It is located close to the beach and has a swimming pool.

A nice hotel with a great location. I will answer the main questions for tourists. To get to the sea, you need to cross a narrow road (exit through the pool), go to the Kliff restaurant and go down the stairs. It takes no more than 5 minutes. Sun beds 100b. From there, you can immediately go to the island, but the price is 350b for one in one direction. It is more profitable to take a bolt taxi, go to Bali Hai pier, and from there by ferry for 30b, or by high-speed boat for 150b, and there by tuk-tuk for 40b to any beach. The numbers are red. Everything is in the European style. Sometimes there are problems with cleaning, but if you inform the reception, everything is solved in 5 minutes. Deposit. We gave $ 200 for 6 nights, but it was possible to pay 5000 baht. The pool is cold compared to the sea. The breakfasts are extensive, there are a lot of delicious fruits. Close to 7/11 (4-5 minutes on foot) Pattaya city center is 13-15 minutes away by taxi 83bat. There are a lot of restaurants with European cuisine right in front of the hotel. The price for dinner for two is about 1500 baht. There are also local cafes, where the price for dinner is about 800 baht. The room has two bathrobes, 4 pairs of slippers, a JBL speaker (you can turn on music, set an alarm clock), a charging adapter for all gadgets, a hair dryer, cookies and tea are brought every evening with a complement, water, a safe, there are no Russian channels, but there is YouTube. Of the cons: there is no dryer for things (dried on chairs), if you come across a room with a view of the city, the hood buzzes (it did not bother us), the smoke sensor blinks very brightly in the dark (I'm already finding fault with that).
