The rooms are clean, the staff are polite, but not competent in everything, they do not know how and where to exchange money for a Russian, although there is an exchange office nearby, only it is not in a bank. The breakfasts are standard, the cook tries to diversify the menu. For example, when I had chicken pate included in the breakfast menu, but it's for an amateur. It seemed "liquid" in consistency. There were small canapes with red caviar every day, but coffee - if you have time before you drink it. It's amazing! Twice I got to the fact that "I'm sorry, the coffee is over.".. The prices in the restaurant are not the most affordable. The food is delicious, sometimes a little too salty, but it's for my taste.

02/19/2023 visited this institution. To the kitchen and the 5 star chef, everything was very fresh and delicious. The waiter, Marzhan, did a great job, always tried to help with the choice.
If we take karaoke itself, the songs are old, they say the update was in December, but unfortunately there are not even songs by Kazakhstani artists such as Rayym, IK, etc. There were problems with the tablet, which could not be immediately eliminated. The administrator Anastasia does not know how or does not want to conduct a normal dialogue with the guests, only two cabins were occupied in all the establishments, and despite the fact that they did not have a full landing, they could not cope with their duties. We paid a lot of money, but we didn't get a pleasant attitude. An apology was brought only after this when they began to explain how to talk to guests in their own establishments! Please take control of this situation!
