We arrived at this spa, having discussed in advance the free transfer and a number of services, but we got into a mess. We didn't notice the terrible transfer at night, the car was all tattered and practically falling apart (we found out on the way back) , When we arrived at the spa, we were immediately asked to pay, but after going further, we realized what the whole point was. The VIP room is disgustingly dirty, everything is very old and cheap, no one except for 1 masseuse speaks English or Russian, and besides , We immediately abandoned the hammam, because in general, there was a moldy stench in the VIP room. After that, we decided to cancel, but it was too late, and we agreed to refund 100 € out of 150€ paid, because they provided the transfer and canceled other clients. We threatened the police, but unfortunately without communication and Wi-Fi, we had no way to contact. I do not recommend this spa to anyone, especially to go to it.
