This is a very cool hotel! Clean, well maintained. Excellent rooms with snow-white linens, towels and bathrobes. A bathtub on the balcony, as a separate kind of aesthetics and pleasure...The breakfasts are excellent and varied. There are many bathing facilities for children near the pool. As well as playgrounds and a daily foam party, they will not leave kids and older children indifferent. Very quiet, comfortable, peaceful. The sea is 20 m across the road.

At the end of the trip to Sanya, we rested here from 05/02 to 05/042025. It's not a bad hotel, But: at the time of check-in, the mood was ruined: in pursuit of tips, the staff rushed to help with things and tore off the handle of the suitcase. The manager promised to repair the suitcase twice from the reception. They wrote it down, fussed, but they didn't fulfill their promise. Imagine a long journey back, and you have a suitcase without a handle.. At the check-out, they asked for an early breakfast for the day (it was paid for). The reception manager wrote down the time and promised. As a result, the paid breakfast was not provided and they simply apologized. The coffee in the room in bags tasted disgusting and was very cheap. The tea was fine. The breakfasts are good and plentiful! The sea is close - across the road, but muddy. There is a port nearby and ferries are constantly sailing out - they create a suspension in the water. There's nothing to do with a mask there. The coastline is sandy, there are no sun beds or umbrellas. But nearby (15-20 meters) there is a shadow from the green spaces. A nice heated pool +33 degrees for adults and another for children (cooler), open until late. The room was spacious, and the bathroom on the balcony overlooking the restaurant and pool surprised me.
