A very bad hotel. And it's just a matter of basic attitude, not "What did you want for such a price...". A very polite receptionist constantly wanted to deceive us. He gave us a room where everything was broken, even the shelves were torn out and the entire toilet was in mold, but at the same time he said that this was a good option (we originally ordered with a 1 double bed and a 1 separate bed), then on two beds a blanket was stuffed into the thimble for pillows because of this she became very stiff and her neck hurt the first morning. When asked about pillows by the receptionist, he says "That all their pillows are standardized and maybe we have special requirements. He suggested that maybe we need a softer option," of course, he just asked the cleaner to change the pillows to regular ones and that's it... he said that breakfast was before 13:30, but it turned out to be before 13:00, there was no coffee at breakfast, the door did not open well, at the end of the trip the administrator ordered us a taxi at a price 3 times more expensive, realizing that we can't download the app to their ever-dying Wi-Fi and we can be deceived once again.… When the taxi arrived, we were 8 minutes late. He says, "Our taxi can only wait 15 minutes, and you were late, so it went around." I say, "We're only 8 o'clock late," and he pretended he didn't understand what I was saying.… And when we first arrived, we handed him the booking documents and he just looked at us and couldn't understand what we wanted from him (although I must say that he speaks excellent English and understands everything). That is, it is clear that in this hotel they often try to deceive and forget about absolutely everything technical, even though the staff themselves are very polite. And it's perfectly clear that for a cost of $ 130 per person, you shouldn't expect anything else, but still a basic attitude and I would like everything to be in working order. I didn't attach the photos, you can see them in other reviews, everything is quite revealing there. I put one star simply because the bed linen was clean and the location was cool (there is a tram and other modes of transport nearby). Thanks for that at least.
