One of the best restaurants for steak lovers

Got a table but weren’t served after 10 minutes so just left. Can’t quite believe the reviews for this place gets it a 4.9!

Good evening! We visited your restaurant yesterday. Before that, we visited this restaurant in Mega several times. A good selection of menus and all the dishes ordered were very tasty. The only thing I would like to draw the manager's attention to is the service. The waiters were all polite, but there was not enough attention to our table - a long wait for the order to be accepted, we eventually called the waiter ourselves, then the drinks were also not fast and we also ordered a dish with us, but they forgot to cook it and we also had to wait until it was cooked.

This place is no longer saved even by their great past. There are a lot of things on the menu that are not indicated - this applies to drinks and snacks. Repairs in this place have also not been done for a very long time, apparently since the opening, this also applies to the VIP room. As for the business card of this place - steaks, there were also some mistakes. Our company ordered steaks of different roasts, but unfortunately trouble also turned out with roasting, but no one was in a hurry to fix this trouble, so some people remained hungry, because no one was in a hurry to re-order a steak for 25-30 thousand. But what remains unchanged is the price tag of this place-it is simply unreasonably high compared to similar places. A three to this place , somewhere even in advance.

It used to be a decent place. It's a terrible service now.
It feels like the owners just forgot/gave up on the restaurant. The waiters are not trained, they forget everything, they sit on their phones, chat with each other instead of working, they cannot pronounce the word "tempranIllo", dirty plates are not cleaned for 30 minutes (they were specially detected). And that's all on a Friday night! In prime time, the restaurant wasn't full. I did the same experiment on another day.
Not the level of such a restaurant.
In general, the service is excellent.
But it seems that the team in the kitchen has remained the old one, and it's the only one that keeps the quality going! The steak is delicious!!

I like the atmosphere of this place and the food. Meat for steaks can be selected from different countries. We took Russian steaks - very good ones. But I liked salads and snacks the most. They are very non-trivial, I have not met similar ones in other places. Keep in mind, if you go to this place for steaks, that from 18.00 to 19.00 you will not be able to order them. Something to do with the grill. You can safely follow the rest of the menu at any time.

It used to be tastier, in the VIP room for 25 people they gave only one waiter, the name Gasyr, by the way, a good guy, but since he did not have time alone. It took a very long time to collect the order, then it took a very long time to bring the ordered ones. I messed up which salads, the customer was also looking for food, I forgot to bring the ordered drinks on time, I did not wait for black bread, there are no complaints about the waiter, he tried very hard - no one would be able to serve so many people efficiently. We should have just given a couple more waiters, we asked for it.
