Good afternoon. For two years, I dry-cleaned the entire family's wardrobe in Crystal, paid about 100,000 tenge a month with a good discount. We liked the way our clothes looked after the dry cleaning. But in recent years, for some reason, the quality has deteriorated, stains remain, I no longer like how things are ironed, the attitude of the staff has changed. This morning, 07/19/2024, I brought a white thing, where there were two rust stains (from the last dry cleaning, but only noticed yesterday), they seemed to agree to clean it first, but when I saw the old tag, I refused to take it away. I had to pick up other things from this dry cleaner (which I handed over earlier).
I want to draw the attention of the owner of the dry cleaner, something has changed with you. Aina took the same white thing to Hichista, and these stains were removed within 5 minutes.
I wish the Crystal staff to change their attitude towards the client.

Very cool dry cleaning. I have been using her services for more than 10 years. I take almost my entire wardrobe for cleaning - the quality of cleaning is always satisfied! The husband's suits are well cleaned and debugged. There is a service for ozonating things, a very useful service for my son's sportswear! So the whole family is very happy! I recommend it to everyone!
