Excellent Kristall bar at Sovetskaya 20! Very atmospheric place with pleasant music, cozy atmosphere and great service. I would especially like to mention the hookahs — they are perfectly assembled, the taste is clean and rich. A large selection of tobacco products for every taste. The staff is attentive and professional, helped with the selection and explained everything in detail. The prices are adequate, the atmosphere is conducive to relaxation and socializing. I definitely recommend it for an evening with friends or romantic get-togethers. I will definitely be back!

I was passing through the city of Gomel. I want to say that this bar is different from other establishments. First of all, the interior attracted attention: bright and large ball lamps, a lively floral carpet under the ceiling, bright decorative elements and comfortable furniture for relaxing. Good staff who welcomed and even advised where you can go again. I ordered a caesar salad (large portion) and coffee. My man was eating something with beer.(I don't know what the menu item is called). While my husband was smoking kohlanut, I ordered some delicious cocktail. It's a very pleasant place, on weekdays you can sit with friends in a quiet, peaceful atmosphere, and on weekends you can dance with a bunch of people to a DJ set. The place is certainly so-so! We booked a table for 6 people and pre-ordered food to cook, so we returned all the salads to the waitress, as the cabbage tasted very strange. Then I ordered Draniki, so they put the same salad on a plate, it's terrible. In the middle of this event, another lady, drinking, fell on the table on which the hookah was standing and, accordingly, this hookah fell on the sofa, it's good that the people who were sitting managed to jump away! The safety technology is at the highest level!!! The police arrived and there was a showdown)) In short, if you want to catch up without food, then welcome, and if you want to sit normally, it's better to choose something more cultured. 😊

We visited this place on the weekend, having arrived from Moscow on the excellent recommendations of friends. Unfortunately, our visit did not leave as pleasant an impression as our friends shared.… We arrived after midnight and sat down at a table right in front of the bar. All evening we had to watch how an employee of the establishment (a blonde with a badge) openly hugged and kissed one of the customers, completely forgetting about her duties (if any), to be honest, I'm just shocked by this behavior of the staff towards customers in a public place! It culminated in a strange incident when we went out for a smoke break, and upon returning, the same girl stopped me with a question: "Where are you going, girl?". I had to explain that I was a guest and had been sitting at a table right in front of her for two hours. At the same time, the smell of alcohol was felt from the employee. I would like to express my gratitude to the brunette waitress who worked for two people: she was attentive, helped with the selection and really created an atmosphere of service. But this only highlights the contrast with the completely unprofessional behavior of her colleague. After that, we no longer plan to return to the institution. It is a pity that the work of an entire team can be crossed out by one such employee!!!

It's a very beautiful and atmospheric place. They came to smoke a hookah and the tiles burned down, the vending machines were knocked out, and we sat in the dark for 5 minutes. The lights were turned back on, but they couldn't make a hookah. The staff is amazing, very apologetic, treated to shots as an apology. We decided to visit this institution on Saturday (03/29/25). There is no face control at the entrance, no one asked for the documents. There is a strange content in the institution, a lot of youngsters, people who drink from the street fall in and can lie around, no one cares. The waitress sat down at a table and approached us. We ordered drinks and food. The waitress said that we would only be able to order food in about half an hour and they would cook the same amount more. Okay, let's wait. They also served us 3 cocktails for about 30 minutes. An hour later, the girl told us that they weren't cooking pasta today. Okay, we ordered a burger. He comes back, says they're gone, the rolls are gone. Okay We ordered cold cuts to get something to eat and not drink on an empty stomach. In the middle of the evening, a girl came up and asked if we could be counted already and how long we were going to sit. Did they want to ask us to leave or what? Karaoke 10p song. The microphones are quiet, the sound is disgusting. You have to go to the DJ stand to get the microphones, and no one brings them to you. Cocktails are more or less, but again it depends on what to order. At the end of the evening, we asked for the bill. I realized that the girl had counted us wrong, and we definitely ordered more cocktails. Out of kindness, I approached her, told her about it, and gave her money so that the authorities wouldn't knock her on the head later. The evening ended just great, we finished our song and our microphone dropped. A girl from the DJ stand came up without a badge, without anything, said that she was an administrator (there are also a lot of questions about the appearance of the administrator, this is still the face of your institution) and we need to pay 20 rubles for a microphone. It didn't break, it was still working the same way as before the fall. Of course, we paid, as there was already a taxi waiting on the street, but they didn't show us any fine menus or how much we would have to pay for the dropped microphone. I highly recommend that adequate people do not go to this institution and sincerely hope that it will be closed soon. By the way, they only gave us a sales receipt, and they took it away after payment, but we never saw the cash register.

We were at the institution on 03/17/2023. The staff is pleasant and polite. We arrived at about 19:30, considering that the program starts at 22:00, as we heard, the music was already playing very loudly, it was problematic to chat. Initially, there were no people at all, even though it was Friday. They haven't increased much in two hours. The place itself is atmospheric, colored lighting, comfortable sofas, but the menu and the dishes themselves are not impressed by the word at all. The salmon salad was served with huge long pieces of fish that had to be cut to eat, there was no dressing at all. There was nothing to eat in the ribs, and in general, the portion of hot was too small and without enthusiasm. Garlic was completely absent from the declared garlic croutons, and the chicken nuggets were bland, as if they had no salt at all. The girl taking the order, a great fellow, was interested in whether we liked everything. But the menu needs to be worked on. Guys, improve, have more satisfied customers and good reviews!

The story of how they wanted to cheat us out of 45 rubles on New Year's Eve. The table reservation was made in advance and lo and behold, we were given the opportunity to choose a table that was comfortable for us. We made an advance payment, but that was the end of the miracles. When we arrived at the restaurant on December 31, we saw another company sitting at our table. We received the response "the amount of your pre-order is less." We were shocked, because no one informed us. The table where we were transferred could barely hold the plates of snacks that we ordered and drinks. No one expected such a scam, but there was nowhere to go, so I had to stay. Immediately after the chimes struck, they brought us an invoice with the pre-order amount, giving us the impression that they wanted to get rid of us…Bring the bill at the beginning of the evening… And we found out that they were demanding the cost of the entire deposit from us, and everyone had forgotten about our prepayment. We all understand, a person could get hung up on New Year's Eve, at first they politely explained and asked to count it. After 5 minutes of complex calculations, they approached us and demanded the same (incorrect) amount in a commanding tone. Instead of resting, we had to sit with a calculator and explain to the waitress where the amount came from.…Also, after all this, we had to do self-service. The table couldn't hold everything, and we had to keep an eye on the empty plates and glasses, but apparently it was just us. Therefore, empty glasses and plates had to be taken to the bar by themselves. I don't consider us restaurant critics and picky customers, but such situations should be 100% covered. As a sign of apology, we were given 2 shots for 3 people. Is it worth the ruined holiday?
