A good hotel with a small territory, a very convenient location, almost in the center, in terms of price-quality ratio, a solid five, not luxury, not luxury, but very decent. There is a wonderful pastry shop in the lobby with delicious onions, lots of different cakes, several types of ice cream, I recommend you try the San Sebastian cheesecake, it's great.
There is a snack by the pool from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., salads, baby potatoes, dener, fish, pasta, as well as a 24-hour pool bar. There is a canopy on the beach and enough sun loungers, there are only soft drinks and beer in the bar, 4 types of burgers, 3 types of pizza from a snack, they make an order in 5 minutes, there are also fruits and various cookies, the bartender on the beach is excellent, and in all bars there are excellent bartenders, you don't have to queue if When people gather, it's as if more staff appear and all orders are completed quickly.

We stayed at the hotel twice. Close to the sea, in the center of Kemer, near bus stops. Varied food, cleanliness in the room. There are 4 restaurants available for free, depending on the length of stay at the hotel. There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff, there are no problems in communication. Inside there is a hammam, an off-season heated pool. I didn't swim in the pool outside, it's cold in November, it's warmer in the sea. There is a car rental service, which we used and really enjoyed. Parking in the hotel courtyard. When we arrived the second time, champagne and fruit were brought to the room as a welcome. I would come back again.

A very decent hotel, I can recommend it for a family vacation. We were in the middle of November, the weather in Kemer is very comfortable for fans of coolness, the sea is + 23-25, in the afternoon it is +25-27 in the sun, it is comfortable to swim. It's cool in the evening, but a hoodie and a vest completely solve the problem. It may rain, but in this case, the hotel has a wonderful spa area where you can spend time.
It's nice on the beach from 10:00 to 16:00, then the sun goes down and it's already cool.
Rooms. The room stock is decent, I liked it. A comfortable bed, there is a safe. They are cleaned every day, there is shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion, a set with cotton wool, a hairdryer, towels. There is always a good pressure of hot water in the shower. The beds are comfortable. We lived in a room with a view of the courtyard, sometimes we made noise at night, I advise you to take earplugs. There is no air conditioning in the room.
The spa area. Take with you all sorts of peels, washcloths, and so on for the bath. Two saunas, a steam room, and a large hammam. The massage program costs $ 50, either women from Indonesia or Turkish men do it, I would recommend women) It's better to take more swimsuits, they don't have time to dry)
Beach.
A beach with pebbles, there are comfortable sun beds with tables. Entering the water on pebbles is certainly not very convenient, take slippers or specially rubber slippers for swimming. You can jump from the pier if you ask) rescuers are on duty, there is a place to swim, there is a station nearby - they offer to ride a parachute and a boat.
We also went separately to another beach, along the sea behind McDonald's, there is a cove and sand. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the hotel. You can go there for a change.
There is a bar on the beach - you can always take drinks and food.
There are also showers and cabins. There is a toilet too, but it is not very good.
Meal.
I liked that there are always greens, salads, delicious olives, lots of vegetables and delicious meat. There was always food for children too - pancakes, pasta, potatoes, chicken. And of course there are always a lot of cakes, cookies, ice cream.
In general, there is only one problem with food - there is a lot of it everywhere, it is impossible to lose weight in this hotel) from the unusual - there is a detox bar where smoothies are made, and from 11 to 16 you can approach a special woman who cooks gozleme fillings (it is very tasty but again very satisfying).
Good imported alcohol, captain morgan, ballantine's, gordons, etc. They make good cocktails. The beer is ordinary, the wine is not bad.
Delicious coffee is made in the lobby bar.
Animation.
There is a small failure here, because the animation is quite standard / there is almost none, every other day either karaoke on stage or live music of dubious quality. For children, the animation part lasts exactly 10 minutes, they include five songs and that's it)
In the evenings, most of them sit in the lobby and just chat or play cards or some board games. In general, they entertain themselves as much as they can. In the lobby you can take cards, backgammon, and there are books in different languages.
Here, of course, as a wish, at least to organize yoga in the morning, or something like that. Some kind of quests.
But we were out of season, maybe things are better in the summer.
At least we didn't get bored)

An umbrella can be rented at the hotel, a deposit of 300 liras, but only one is given per room.

There is a cinema, but when we were there, the screen broke.

A very nice hotel, we had a rest here with my son at the end of March. The food is great, delicious, and varied. Friendly staff, almost all speak Russian. Daily room cleaning, towels are changed, drinking water is provided. I definitely recommend it and plan to come back here again.
I also really liked the location of the hotel, the beautiful promenade within walking distance + all the shops for shopping. We also visited the mosque, it is also nearby, the vegetable market (it is a visitor, it is located there on Mon after lunch)

Nice hotel. According to the placement, everything is fine, but without pathos. The territory is small, everything is very compact. It takes about 3 minutes to go to the beach, through the park. The beach is pebbly, also very cramped, the sun beds are close together, but at the end of October there were no problems with free ones. There is only beer from alcohol in the beach bar.
The rooms are standard, no gold toilets, the soap and snout in the "five" could be better.
The staff is friendly and attentive, especially the bartender girl in the lobby bar.
But the best thing about this hotel is the wonderful food concept! They are fed and watered around the clock and very tasty! There is a night snack bar that is open until 7 a.m. I visited the fish restaurant from the ala-maps, it was also delicious, but salmon steaks are served on the buffet, etc

On the plus side:

Of the cons:
I lived on the left side of the hotel, if you go to bed early, it will be a problem for you to fall asleep, because there is a stage next to the neighboring hotel and believe me, the music is playing there all day, and in the evening they start karaoke, believe me, this is not the place where you need to relax. Choose / change the number on the opposite side, although cars are driving there, it is much quieter than in the left wing.
Outdated numbers can also be noted as a disadvantage. It's clear that they've seen better days. The tile has burst somewhere, the mirror frame has swollen somewhere, but this is a standard room, all that is required of it is clean spacious beds, a shower.
Result:

1. Beautiful view, more nature than in Antalya, so it's better to relax in Kemer.

We just returned from this hotel, we booked it for a week for 2 adults.
Of the advantages:
Spacious room (as in the photo).
The room has a mini-bar (soft drinks), tea, water, coffee, and a private kettle.
The power is just 5+.
There is a diet table, a children's table, a varied selection of salads, lots of fresh vegetables, fruits, and side dishes. I counted 10 types of cheeses.
And what a baklava they have!!! I'm not a fan of sweets at all, but then my heart was conquered. Fresh, natural, without rancid oil, soft. You'll just lick your fingers! The chefs cook it themselves, so before the flight I bought 2 kg from them, and there was nothing left! It's very tasty, I definitely recommend it.
For family members, I can point out that the restaurant has child seats, even a dedicated area where you can eat with your child.
The Wi-Fi made me happy. Usually hotels are not famous for fast connection, but here everything is uninterrupted, normal speed, once you have registered by room number and sit as long as you want.
Of the cons, I noted for myself:
in the summer it may be inconvenient to walk to the beach. It is necessary to go from the hotel through a pedestrian crossing (5 min). The beach is pebbly (I am writing for those to whom this may be important).
On the 1st floor of the central hall, there is a noticeable smell of the SPA area, which is located on the 1st floor. Unaccustomed to it, it sometimes hit my nose, but it's not critical.
Overall, we really liked the hotel, and we will be happy to return here on occasion.

1) The way to the hotel: we had a group transfer (it's better to take an individual one) we were the fourth hotel, so 1:30-1:40 on the way.
2) Staff: upon arrival, they were immediately sent for dinner, because there were 15 minutes left, but there was still a lot of food. The staff is courteous, they will help with everything, the waiters quickly remove the plates and offer drinks, in the evening they even offered snacks, such as nuts for beer. Room service every day, if the room has not been cleaned, then it is enough to hang a sign that you need it.
3) Room 1403: the room has a bathroom, a shower cabin, a toilet with a bidet, a huge sink. In the bathroom there are three towels for face/hands, one for feet, two large ones. There are also discs, sticks, a nail file, a comb and shower caps. Of detergents: 2in1, conditioner and body cream. There is also a separate makeup mirror. The hair dryer is weak. There is a corridor with a safe, there are slippers and an extra pillow, I immediately took out the blanket, because it was hot in the room. There is carpet on the floor, I don't know how carefully it is cleaned, but it's just a dust collector. There is a mini-bar with used drinks. The balcony overlooked the neighboring hotel and the mountains
4) Meals: there are a la carte restaurants, there is a communal dining room, there is a bar, a beach bar, smoothies and snacks. The overall impression is that the food is normal, there is ambrosia (baklava, lamb, shawarma and ayran). And so it's easy to eat everything from boiled dishes (vegetables, meat), to pasta in a cheese head, eyes run away, everyone will find everything to their liking, from the cons, it always repeats, but this is also a plus, because you can safely try everything. I was upset that baklava was only for lunch and dinner, alas, it was not for breakfast.

The sea was cool, but it was pleasant when you were completely immersed. The sea itself is transparent, but very salty. There is a pier with a ladder, there is a bar on the beach, only beer from alcoholic beverages, used water, ayran, juices. There are snacks, salads.
6) Bar: there were Turkish drinks, but a red label was also noticed, Turkish cocktails did not go too far for me, syrups tasted bitterness down my throat. And this is normal. There are effes and beck's beers, beer is served in glass, it is very pleasant. One evening I drank only tequila, in the morning my head was cracking.

We stayed at this hotel from December 25 to January 5, 2025. The hotel has one very pleasant plus - it's a kitchen. Even if the assortment is not great, but everything is very tasty.
That's where the advantages end and the sheer disappointment begins. Let me remind you that my review is relevant for the "Winter Concept". On the day of arrival, there were 4 unpleasant events at once. First, the restaurant is closed from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Coincidentally, we checked in at 16:00 and there was only one option left for us, to take rolls from the main (and only bar). By the way, there was nothing there for a 3-year-old child. Secondly, we decided to say hello to the sea, (~17:00) we went through the territory - the nearest exit to the sea is closed. You need to go back and walk around the entire hotel to get out and walk to the sea. Third, once we returned, we decided to take a glass of foam with us and go to the sea with it. But... they didn't give it with them, because there were no plastic cups. Fourth, what a disappointment it was to go to the beach, where there are no sun beds or a bar. Everything can be understood, but there is nowhere to land even the fifth point, except on the rocks. We are not particularly picky, but the accumulation of events left a very unpleasant aftertaste on the very first day.
The next day, as the weather was rainy, we headed to the indoor pool. There is information at the entrance that its temperature is 28 degrees. Great, we thought, it's good for a child. We sank into the water and immediately there were suspicions that the temperature did not match the stated one. But it was still a flower - then, she became just icy. We went to reception and reception several times (she confirmed that she had measured it with her thermometer and it showed 26), but nothing changed. Another tactic of the hotel is to lower the water temperature so that no one enters the pool. Personally, I visit the pool every other day and can perfectly distinguish the temperature of 28 from another. Another fat minus. It's mean and not pretty.
The next disappointment is the $50 spa program (pilling, massage, stones). For the first time in my life, the massage lasted 18 minutes! Hot stones should be monitored according to the length of time spent on them. But no one cares - there are a lot of people, the main argument. I do not recommend it! Oh, by the way, if you want to take something from the only bar and you're in a bathrobe, you'll be refused with the words “no service". And no one cares that this is the only bar. As for the bathrobes, they are also not in the rooms. You need to go to the reception and ask for them. Sometimes, several times (we had a big family vacation, we rented 3 rooms). The bar is about nothing. Most of the staff can barely move, from imported red label and martinis. Although the description of the hotel contains the entire nomenclature.
And here I smoothly come to the most significant disappointment from the hotel and the staff - this is New Year's Eve (which cannot be abandoned and which does not add much price to the cost of the trip). It is held in two rooms: the main dining room and the basement. It was necessary to register on the 30th at the reception. We came up after breakfast and were stunned by the huge queue. And why would you ask this queue, if choosing a table and a seat is a matter of seconds ... and all because of the rules of the hotel: children celebrate separately from their parents. There are no seats for children. We had 2 children of 3 and 6 years old with us. We were told that if you want to be together, put us in your arms. Or take them to a children's show for children from 4 to 12 years old. (By the way, the show is about nothing - and no one will be watching your child there. That's why we asked for a room in the basement, so as not to run around the floors). There was no limit to the indignation. By the evening of the same day, our friends heard and a 3-year-old child was given a high chair, and a 6-year-old was allowed to take an empty chair. But the glares of the disgruntled waiters and other staff were in abundance. As a result: the hall was crowded, the show was only for the first three tables (we were at the end, I can't even tell you what happened there except belly dancing). In summary: Turkish love for children exists, but obviously not in this hotel. We gathered as a family to celebrate the New Year together, rather than running all over the hotel.

The beach is across the street and a small park, walking close. The beach is quite clean, there are a lot of sunbeds, they stand close to each other, the distance between the rows is small. Several rows of sun beds are equipped with a canopy, which is convenient if you do not want to sunbathe. We came to occupy the sun beds before breakfast, then there were chances not to have time to take a place under the canopy. The beach is rocky, very steep, so a lot of people swim close to the shore, where it is shallow. If you like to swim away, it's easier to go in from the pier, at the same time look at the fish) The territory of the hotel is small, there is a swimming pool and slides. The hotel has several bars: by the pool, on the beach and in the lobby. We went to the lobby, there is a better selection of cocktails, there is an aquarium and an aviary with birds. The hotel has a car rental desk, they took it for a day, you can pay with a card, but you will have to leave a deposit, which will be returned before departure. There is a place to walk near the hotel: in the park nearby or on the embankment. You can go to the city, there is a pedestrian street with shops in the center.

I want to recommend the SPA of this hotel, for the 6th time in Turkey it is the best here! Competent masazhtstas are working. I arrived with a bad back, I couldn't sleep properly. I contacted the SPA center with my problem, the administrator Vlada listened to my problem and picked up Adam's massage therapist for me, and in 4 sessions my back was gone! I was given a medical massage, professionally. Vlada is also always friendly to me, which is very pleasant.
Regarding the food: it's modest, but there is something to eat, everything is delicious. I love gozleme tortilla! They are made by a woman on site.
The trouble with alcohol is that you can't drink cocktails, they just don't know how to make them, they're too bitter, and even you can make something decent out of local alcohol. There is a visiting grocery market on Mondays.
On Tuesdays, they say, a duffel bag. But since it's not the tourist season, it wasn't there this time.
I got a room with a view of another hotel and where the sun never looks in. Relocation to the sunny side of 22 dollars. They refused, as they appeared in the room after sunset.
