I was extremely dissatisfied!
The cosmetologist showed herself to be an incompetent specialist, judging by her phrases in my direction, "IT'S LIKE YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO IT AT ALL" or "IF YOU CLEANED YOUR SKIN NORMALLY, THERE WOULD BE NO BLACK DOTS AND YOU WOULDN'T HAVE TO GO TO A COSMETOLOGIST"
She said that she does not recommend using mass market tools, but nothing else, no recommendations, nothing
After the pilling, she did not explain, nor did she wash it off, what to do next.
I am extremely disappointed with the studio, I do not advise you to go there!

I was at the "10-stage facial cleansing" procedure with cosmetologist Maria. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the procedure. It lasted no more than 25 minutes (the cleaning itself). I warned you that this is my first 10-step cleaning. The cosmetologist did not comment on her actions at all. Every time I worried about what was being applied to my face this time. They didn't ask about allergies. First, they made a demakage, then they applied one remedy, applied the second and left it for 10 minutes. What was inflicted and why, of course, was not explained. Then there was ultrasonic cleaning and mechanical. Maria said that with my request, cleaning would not be enough and acid peeling would be needed, for which you would need to pay extra. With peeling, the whole procedure took about 50 minutes. After mechanical cleaning, they wiped their face as if with a tonic that consisted of 100% alcohol, because even their nose was pierced. Maria said that we are starting peeling. She also applied a very aggressive alcohol composition and left it on for 10 minutes. After I returned, I washed it off with the same tonic and applied the cream. During the mechanical cleaning, I asked to stop, because it was impossible to endure, they told me that even 14-year-old girls come and endure, only guys whine and let out snot. The very atmosphere of the "salon" was also not pleasing. Especially when there were washed brushes and cosmetologists' materials on the shelf in the common bathroom near the washbasin. There is no sterility (( a care consultation was held at the reception desk at the time of payment. They advised using the ointment after the procedure in the evening for three days. One ointment does not have certification in the Republic of Belarus, and the second one is not available in pharmacies. I have never been to a specific mechanical cleaning, maybe it is necessary, but after 5 hours the skin hurts very much, as if it is being electrocuted. I do not recommend visiting!!!! It is better to pay extra and go to a more client-oriented cosmetologist in a neat salon.
