Excellent hotel , food on a solid 5. Food is the strongest side of the hotel!!!there is always salted red fish for breakfast , all kinds of omelets , a huge selection of pastries .Once there were shrimp for dinner , steak with red fish , octopus salad . Every day for dinner there is a grill, Dorado, lamb , chicken and turkey . Ice cream from morning to 23, both in packages and in balls. On the beach you can have a full lunch, as well as order delicious pizza or Turkish dishes on the menu, a huge selection of burgers. There is a beer courtyard, there are three types of beer. All bars have chips and nuts for beer. You can list endlessly, but the choice of food here is really huge, I don't understand how you can write that they don't feed well here? Do you eat red fish and other food options for breakfast every day? The rooms in the hotel are clean, the repairs are normal, the third building was cleaned well, even swans were turned. Someone complained about cleaning in other buildings , but we did not have such a problem. We also note the most delicious coffee shop in the hotel, delicious cakes and a large selection of coffee, tea, and cold coffee. They drank delicious red wine, and they liked the beer too. The evening program is gorgeous for children and adults, nothing has happened in 9 days. A tractor drives to the beach , 2-3 minutes on the way , 6 minutes on foot (spotted ) !!! The beach is large , but there are small pebbles. Whoever is looking for disadvantages will always find it ! I would return to this hotel again, so who doubts, do not doubt that the rest will be excellent.

The staff is friendly, and the dishes are not very clean, but it didn't bother me, I took another plate and the norms. But it is clear that the staff is trying, everything is being washed and cleaned. It was already working out at the end of the season, so there wasn't much animation, there were darts, bocce, live music in the evening, karaoke, I had enough and children's animation was present. We managed to get on the DJ show program, super balloon decoration, the music was great, we danced. Animator Furkan, you are the best! Room: clean, bed linen and towels are clean, without stains, changed every day, the cold was filled every day too, the cola was good, but the lemonade was terrible, as if diluted concentrate, they just didn't drink it anymore. The floors were washed every day. The beach is clean, the blue tractor is cool, it didn't break. In general, after reading the reviews, I was worried about my vacation, but I will tell you, I am very happy, and I have something to compare it with, I was in Turkey at a higher level in hotels. We just got back. We rested for a week from 04/26 to 05/03/2025. We became one of the first guests in the new season. The hotel opened on April 24 after the winter. About 5* This is not a posh, sleek, luxury hotel. It's old, but renovated. Non-modern buildings. It's simple. But, at the same time, everything is on 5*. And everything is maintained in excellent condition. And this is a great opportunity to save money. The food is of high quality. Excellent pastry shop. Reception bar, lobby, pool, amphitheater, beach, beer house by the river. Late night Cafe - it's late to eat. Sushi bar - not every hotel has a cooler one. The alcohol is good. The cocktails are delicious. Grilled meat, fish. Themed a la carte. We were at the fish and Italian restaurant, and we liked it. The disadvantage for me is to travel far. Arrive at the hotel last, leave first. They took us back in 5 hours. Our 7th hotel there and 1st of the 7th back. And taking into account the search for people, traffic jams, we arrived by the end of registration. Animation, slides, relaxation pool at the buildings, fitness room, cafe with smoothies. A large, wide beach. I would like to address everyone who is going to Turkey separately. If you want to leave by taxi or your own private transfer from or to the airport, simply notify the receiving party. Airport exit counters. On the way back, a guide. No one will scold you. But also you won't be cursed by a whole busload of tourists, especially with small children, who lost an hour and more of their rest because of you.

The first few days there was no imported alcohol, then apparently after complaints from tourists they corrected it. There is no barbecue on the beach, strawberries, although it is the season. The hotel is not big, there is not enough space by the large pool for everyone, they have to occupy it early in the morning. But there are always enough places on the beach for that. The service is standard, cleaned every day, the staff is friendly. A blue tractor will take you to the beach with minimal waiting. The beach is large, with sand and pebbles both on the shore and in the sea. The animation is decent for both children (the mini club knows how to interest a child) and adults, Katya and Vlada smartly organize and conduct activities and sporting events. The pool is clean, there are slides for all ages. For the youngest, there is a water park in the children's club area. Alcohol in the bars is of good quality, a large selection of cocktails, delicious, fast service. Among the recommendations for improvement: fix the playlist by the pool, hammers specifically), the men's toilet at the slides, you need to give out a gas mask at the entrance or set up a flush on the urinals, diversify the main dishes, clean the sand on the beach from marine debris, perhaps all of the main ones. You can come back to this more than once, I recommend it.

Reception is a big disadvantage of this hotel! 2. Free hammam, sauna and swimming pool inside. We were on vacation in a two-day rain. Everyone was wearing jackets and sweatshirts. The weather is 18 degrees. Let's go to the hammam. There's only one name for a hammam. Only the sauna is open. Everyone huddled in it. There are only hot stones in the hammam. There is no steam. The pool is far from the sauna. Everything has been done to ensure that fewer people go there. 3. Rolls suck. For three. 4. Food without frills. The breakfasts are monotonous. 5. Alcohol is mostly local. One of the advantages: normal food on the beach. All the salads are fresh, the meat is delicious. You can spend the whole day on the beach, because all the sun beds are under a canopy. Comfortable. A beer hall on the river is also a great place. My children and I are currently vacationing at this hotel. Beautiful territory, lots of delicious food 24/7, 24/7 reception support, if you have any questions, they will always be happy to help. If there is something missing in the room for happiness, you just need to say it and it will be brought. Every day there is cleaning in the room, refilling the refrigerator with drinks, changing linen, as far as I understand, on request. There is a restaurant on the beach, a lot of sun beds, animation, there is a transport to the beach, but this is not necessary, it takes 3-4 minutes to walk along the path to the beach. Slides for kids and older, luna park (this is for a fee), spa, everything that the soul wants to eat here. we have some minor repair flaws in our room, but this does not affect the great pleasure of staying here at all. The food is standard, without frills, the same thing every day, there is not much variety. Alcohol is normal, cocktails are made in different ways, depending on the bartender. I was pleased with the beer bar, a good place. The animation is great, especially for kids. The beach is good, there are always sun beds, a good bar. The approach is not very good, there are large stones. There are shops and pharmacies nearby, but the prices are too high. The hotel is nice, the territory is large, well-maintained, but a lot of things are dirty, everything is dirty. It's a beautiful lobby, there's live music, but all the sofas are stained. In the elevator, the reflection in the mirror is almost invisible, it is so stained, you have to choose the plates in the restaurant. I understand that the hotel is old, big, and crowded, but you need to pay better attention to cleaning.

We drove from the airport for 2 hours, as only one terminal is open, and we were stuck in traffic for an hour. The territory is beautiful, there are plenty of sun loungers for everyone, the rooms are normal, good evening animation. Food and drinks 24 hours. Of the cons. There is nowhere to go for a walk, at most to the nearest bazaar. The food is monotonous, the assortment does not change, there is no translation into Russian, not everywhere in English. The most negative thing is cleaning the rooms (tips will not help), sometimes it was cleaner before cleaning than after, the floor is dirty, dusting once is not included in the cleaning at all. Daytime animation is almost non-existent, maximum darts and water aerobics, generally boring. At the reception in the lobby and in the restaurant, it smells very much like a "cat toilet", as cats leave their "tags" everywhere. The rooms on the ground floor smell of sewage. The hotel is more suitable for couples with small children. The attitude from the staff is friendly. This is not the first time in Turkey, so there is something to compare it with.

The staff is very friendly, and I can't say that they prefer Germans, for example (there are quite a lot of them here). About food: I like everything! You can eat around the clock, and drink too! The road to the beach is picturesque, I walk, I did not use the famous blue tractor. The beer garden is open, and it's cool! In reproach, we can mention a very unobtrusive animation, in fact, it was only on the third day that I saw gymnastics. There are evening shows, I haven't gone yet, I've been sleeping it off. We had a rest at the beginning from 30.04 to 5.05 in this wonderful hotel! It was great! Beautiful, well-maintained territory, palm trees, cacti, giant aloe) caring staff, room cleaning every day, absolutely not stressful. The room itself is quite spacious and cozy, there is a minibar with drinks, which were also replenished every day by invisible staff. The hotel has several types of pools for every taste: children's, general and relaxation-without music at all, for tired people. There is a spa at the bottom of the hotel, where we had a massage - this is a separate conversation, I was just born again after such a wonderful spa! And most importantly, the food! Buffet 3 times a day and snacks in between throughout the hotel (even on the beach by the sea, a beautiful female chef baked amazing delicious tortillas with stuffing)the variety of food is also impressive, there is not enough space to list everything: cheeses, salads, greens, fish, desserts...So, to summarize: the level of service is impressive. Thank you all very much. This is my first time in a hotel of this class. It's a huge system, and it works. The rest was a success. I love Turkey!

Dirty sand in the area of the sun beds, and the tiles near the pool are also not cleaned daily. - a large number of patients? Cats that began to be tagged everywhere in the food area and near the sun beds. Last year there were fewer cats and there was no smell of urine, the children actively played with them, now it's scary to touch them because they are covered in lichen. - the mini disco program is monotonous, but the kids seem to like it - a very intrusive massage service - the hotel has been full for a couple of days and they haven't put up new sun beds or opened a room in the dining room. We had a rest at the end of September 2024. I liked everything. Of course, there are small disadvantages in terms of minor repairs, somewhere in the toilet the machine with paper towels does not work, it would not hurt to replace the tables for drinks on the beach, cleaning would be better in the rooms (for example, dust on bedside sconces has not been wiped off for probably a year) and in general in some places the hotel is already tired, but the lobby is beautifully renovated. The staff tries hard, everyone is very friendly, always go to a meeting, while not intrusive. Delicious pastries, a good assortment of food (tongue, red fish, grilled fish, meat of various types, seafood was not there, maybe they were not found, but they are not important to me). Ice cream both in bags and balls. We went to the fish restaurant by appointment, it was very tasty. The evening animation is great, every other day or live music on the stage by the pool or a disco on the beach. There was daytime animation, beach volleyball, darts, pool water activities. There was a kids' club, but it's not relevant to us. The guys at the reception were pleased, at our request, they settled next to the reception, calmly, without any additional charges, they gave rooms in the 1st building near the main restaurant. The room is large, 5-bed two-room. We were surprised because there were 3 of us. The room overlooked the rides and music could be heard from the stage by the pool. But these events ended at 23:00, and then only the music from the attraction plays, but it did not bother us. But I would not recommend these rooms to people who go to bed with children at 22:00. We visited this hotel in September 2024. I want to say right away that I am not one of those who are outraged about anything...... that upon arrival at the hotel, no one runs to them, and they do not provide an entertainer for the time before check-in. I'm sitting and waiting, and I can carry my suitcases to the room myself without complaining. The hotel has many advantages: - huge reception; - large, "green" and well-maintained territory - live music in bars; - there is no need to take sun beds on the beach in the morning; - A la carte restaurants; - QUIET POOL (from 16 years old, without children); - non-Turkish alcoholic beverages; - fast WiFi in the room, and with individual registration of each guest; - there was no such animation (for adults) for 25 trips abroad, all its charm was in its complete absence (with endless "chatter" and the same numbers), but there were always good concerts (without animators), sometimes two a day; - the presence of sea bass and grilled dorado for lunch and dinner, sometimes there was red fish, both cold and hot smoked. Minuses: - the beach is not very well maintained, but not critical; - if someone dropped a plate of food in a restaurant, it wasn't cleaned for a long time; - during breakfast, you had to stand in line for coffee and juices, and the coffee itself, below average, was better at the reception bar.; - there was a 2 cm gap in the balcony door of the room, from which the roar of the external air conditioner unit could be heard, but we didn't even go anywhere, but blocked it with a curtain at night. "Cherry on the cake" - room cleaning. In the building where we lived, there were practically only men as maids, and mostly very young ones. In the same 25 trips, there was no such cleaning anywhere. Cleaning for a "unit with 10 minuses". The pile of sand at the entrance lay for 12 days (the floors were not washed or vacuumed even once). "Supergirl" - there was a day when the "maid" came in, took 3 euros from the bed and left without even changing the towels!!!! (I'm not talking about the mini-bar, floors, bathroom and beds.) I hope my review will help you choose the right hotel, or go to this one, but understanding what awaits you there.

You can cool off only in the lobby, there is also a coffee shop, you can drink delicious coffee and eat honey cake or ice cream) in the evening, there are also a lot of people in the lobby, one waiter cannot cope with such a number either. About nutrition: a wide variety, solid 5! Alcohol is the most delicious beer in the beer bar, cocktails in the lobby are excellent. Champagne every other time, we had it every three days, and for some reason a couple of glasses and that's it, they say in the bar that there is no more) 6 minutes walk to the sea, a walk does not tire, you can get there. Entering the sea of stones, it is better to have aquashuses. The water in the sea is excellent and clean. In my opinion, the sun beds on the beach are far away, it is difficult to walk on the hot sand during the day. The animation is great, the movement is felt, they are trying. Mostly European and Turkish music is played by the pool. If there are sun beds near the slides, it smells very much like a toilet (I liked the evening shows of the program, there is a disco after them with great music. I give the hotel a solid 4. You can pay 5 for meals, but the poor air conditioning in the restaurant and flies. The room cleaning is good, but sand was felt a couple of times and liquid soap was not poured in the shower for 2 days. The safe was broken in our room, the air conditioner on the balcony was leaking, 3 days after arrival it was fixed. Overall, the impression of the holiday is good

There are some staff who speak Russian. Canteen. The food is delicious. The sick Shvets table. I found a bug in the rice. A very large assortment of cheeses and sausages. The staff did not report forks or knives. The forks were dirty, but sometimes they were clean. There are snacks near the main pool (burgers, fries, rustic potatoes, pasta, dumplings, etc.). There are bars on site. Cola, cocktails and alcoholic drinks are served in bars. There were peaches and nectarines with mold. Number. They clean up every day and replenish the mini bar every day.
