Nice family hotel. The territory is large, there are swimming pools and a Playground in the water. Slides for big and small. There are many places to have a snack. The service is excellent. Animation is super for both children and adults. We were at the end of May 2023- we were unlucky with the weather, because there were showers, respectively, the water in the basques was cold and did not warm up. There was trouble with the sea too - cold, muddy. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that a mountain river flows into the sea not far from the entrance, and most likely because of this, the water was also cold. It is better to fly here in July. It will probably be warmer.

The hotel does not pull its 5 stars from the word at all. In short, the advantages: the food (a lot of restaurants, confetti downstairs the lobby is just gorgeous, the guys on roller skates deliver food directly to the sun beds by the pool), a large area (there is a place to walk after dinner, there is an amphitheater, the stage is large, plus a huge stage on the seashore), excellent sea (I don't know if this is the merit of the hotel or not))) there are no problems with sun beds by the sea, although the sun beds themselves are 20 meters from the sea - the main thing is that there are quite a lot of them and you will always find two or three free ones. Minuses: 1. very dirty rooms (as luck would have it, we met people who were lucky and the room was normal, but our brothers in misfortune also met) 2. there is almost no cleaning in the rooms, and this is not solved by requests to the reception, in three languages (thanks Yandex.Alice), there were days when even the garbage was not cleaned and I was seriously looking for where to take it out myself. 3. There are few Russian-speaking staff (yes, maybe we were too hungry as tourists, but I was a long time ago and in three stars, but everyone understood the basic words, in general, I had no problems communicating in English, but if someone is not a speaker, it will not be comfortable) 4. A lot of Turkish tourists (in general, there are no complaints about them, except that they can climb into many queues ignoring the rest of the vacationers, if you are not specifically confused by this fact, then OK, it's not nice to give a round sum for a vacation and stand watching as they give preferences to other vacationers). Bottom line: we gave away almost 400k for 7 days of rest for 4 (2 adults plus 2 children) and it's not worth it. Perhaps the prices are the same everywhere and the attitude towards Russians, well, then apparently we will look towards domestic tourism. And if you snatch a favorable offer, then even in this hotel you will rest 100%, have a good rest, comrades!!

Everything is well maintained and beautiful. Flowers, paths, flower beds, palm trees. The order is being monitored, the garbage is being cleaned, and the plants are being cared for. All locations are located compactly. On the one hand, there is a place to walk, on the other hand, you will not get tired of walking from the room to the restaurant, pool, beach. The Internet We had fishing all over the hotel, including the beach. There were cases that fell off, but not often. Rooms The rooms are located in separate buildings, there are 8 of them, quite large. The room has one double bed and one single bed. Air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside tables, table, safe. Mini-bar, we were replenished regularly, without requests and money (water, soda). The shower is also quite comfortable, the water pressure is good, the hot water came immediately. Soap accessories include soap dispensers, hair conditioner, body lotion. Sets of cotton pads + cotton swabs, shower cap, slippers. They also brought it if it was over. There are no razors, bathrobes, or toothbrushes. The balcony is small, there is a table and two chairs, and a dryer. We had a balcony overlooking the neighboring building and lived on the top floor, there was a good view. If you don't find fault, then the room is normal, except that the drain in the shower didn't work well and the water accumulated strongly + mold was already in the shower( Well, small things that already catch your eye and need to be repaired. Cleaning Our room was cleaned, a couple of times they left a little money, but they cleaned normally without them. But catering places are something with something. There is dirt everywhere, the floors and glass doors are stained, they probably haven't been wiped all season. There was more variety for dinner, in principle, the menu was different every day. But there is no seafood. There are a lot of pastries and cakes, but they are specific, but this is my taste. Fruits: melon, apples, peaches, plums, grapes, strawberries, which were immediately snapped up (they were generally a couple of bowls always at dinner) 🤣 A la carte restaurants We were in two restaurants: fish and Italian. I liked the fish one more. The soup is very tasty. Snacks, grilled fish, seafood - everything is on top. An Italian restaurant on the background of a fish restaurant is losing. I liked lasagna and Caesar salad from the food. The waiters at both restaurants are polite and helpful. Bars There are quite a few bars on site, they differ in the range of food and drinks. Our favorite is on the 1st floor. Lots of desserts, ice cream, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. A peaceful atmosphere. Cleaning at the beach bar and by the pool-there is no cleaning, something is always spilled, it stinks, the staff is in dirty clothes. There are queues everywhere, but these are basically the people themselves. Example: the bar opens at 10, 7 people are already standing at 9:50, they were probably late somewhere 🤔 🤣 In the evening at the show, 2 bartenders were gorgeous, funny, smiling, professional. It's unclear how they got there... Swimming pools The main pool is medium, there are 3 slides for adults, 2 for children. No one is on duty on the slides, except for the snake, and all the children rushed and broke their heads, because they rode as they wanted. Naturally, no one cleans there, all the dirt from the feet on these slides rushes into the pool. There is a relaxation pool for adults only. It is located on the outskirts, it is really quiet there. Sea The hotel is on the second line of distance from the sea, but it is a close second. You can walk to the sea in 5 minutes. A blue tractor runs, the same 5 minutes). There are enough sun loungers and canopies, there has never been a time when you had to look for an empty seat. There is a pier on the beach, with ladders, you could jump. The sun beds on the beach are covered with birds, the tables are stained, there is a lot of garbage and no one cares about it. The sea was gorgeous, it was better to walk in corals. Animation There is something to compare it with, and here I can say that it did not exist. 10 people walk around all day and loaf around, dancing by the pool at lunch. There is volleyball, darts. The children were actively invited to the children's club. They communicate mainly with foreigners, none of the animators knows Russian. In the evenings there is a mini disco and an adult show: Miss hotel, the best couple of the hotel, live music, dancing, karaoke. If you like long walks, there is nowhere to go for a walk. Either along the coast, or to the shops and among the houses of local residents. We took the bus to Belek and Antalya ourselves. The hotel is located on the outskirts, so you will be the last to arrive at the transfer, and the first to be picked up. I would not recommend anyone to live here during the season. We were at the end of the season, not at a great price, but I don't even want to imagine what is being done here during the season.

The hotel does not pull like a 5k, maybe because we were the last 12 days before the hotel closed from November 20th to November 1st. It seems that everything is there, but there are no improvements everywhere, dirt, etc. It would seem small things, but they are directly striking. The floors were not washed in the room and the bed was not changed once. We just changed the towels and refilled the refrigerator. Grilled fish is always either dry overcooked, or straight raw inside, just a pity spoiled product. To the sea, 6 minutes on foot past the river or a minute on a trailer with a tractor. I did not see the animators in action at all, they only forgot about the side, darts and it was infuriating when they went and forgot to ride a banana for a fee. Somewhere there is mold, somewhere something has fallen off, there are a lot of flies and midges on the beach because of the long-dying garbage. Sticking nails on the beach paths is generally a song (in different tones) There are hotels that I would like to return to, here for nothing.

Amazing and memorable good events were our two-week vacation at this hotel from 06/29.23 to 07/12.23. Fully justified 5 stars for: a huge selection of delicious food; plenty of places for a snack and for lovers of booze there are also several excellent bars; the work of the staff is at a height, both in cleaning rooms, and in restaurants and on the beach; a beautiful beach, there is a pier, there is also a place for a snack and a variety of activities on the beach; the territory is large and eye-catching; and daily show programs and parties will not make you bored, and vice versa will be remembered on hot nights. Family holidays are convenient in many things: there is a mini club, a daily mini disco, special descents are equipped throughout the territory in addition to stairs – gentle paths for strollers and people with disabilities; also in this hotel there are several swimming pools (one of which is relax – with an age limit of 16 years, where complete peace reigns). A cool water park, there are slides for both kids and adults, which takes your breath away. As for the rooms, everything is on top here too. Cleaning is daily. The accommodation is convenient. The room has all the necessary paraphernalia: kettle, air conditioning, hairdryer, TV, safe, refrigerator. Personally, I would like to say a special thank you to the bartenders and the a la carte restaurant service. You don't have to worry about the bars here. Although this is Turkey and there is no escape from diluted champagne and substitute syrups in cocktails, but in general there are enough options for an ideal drink for the company or for yourself. Among the disadvantages, it became problematic for me to get to the sea. The shuttle bus, which is included in the hotel's service, had to wait around 5-10 minutes, when you can walk to the sea in the same time. And it's also Wi-Fi, which was caught in different places of the hotel in different ways. But in general, these factors did not affect my impression of the holiday, and I can confidently recommend Cristal Paradise Verde Resort & Spa to your vacation!

This request was not fulfilled until the night before the children fell asleep. I approached the reception 5 times with this question. It was brought only at night. 2 Noise and Sound insulation. We were placed in a family room on the 1st floor. We could hear everyone who was on the street and everyone who was coming in and out of the elevator. The noise prevented the children from falling asleep. They responded to our request to relocate us after 3 days!!! They showed one terrible room with a walk-through bedroom. The staff didn't want to solve our problem at all. As a result, the constant noise is the whole rest. 3 The room cleaning is disgusting. The beds were made, but no one washed the floors. Many of the staff were unhappy. 4 There is an anthill in the room itself. Cobwebs and spiders in the corners. We were placed on the 1st floor, at first there was nothing, but then we saw a bunch of ants on our clothes. 5 I injured my leg on the beach. I caught a big splinter on the wooden flooring. I had to call the insurance company. I was taken to a clinic where an operation was performed to remove a foreign body and clean the wound. The prescription for medicines cost $50. At the hotel, the manager (reception) did not react to the situation in any way, just said "call the insurance company." G - hospitality, K - customer orientation. 6 It didn't work out to move us, the rooms that were available turned out to be even worse. Even for an additional fee, they said that there were no places. 7 There are no bathrobes and shampoos in the rooms. 8 On food: there are a lot of things, a lot of locations where you can have a snack, everything is quite tasty. Sweets are just a bomb (well, they usually have no problems with that). 9 There is a children's table, but there is little food. You can always take porridge in the morning, but there are only 2 types - rice and oatmeal. And there was also a kind of semolina with fruit, very good. Boiled vegetables, casseroles. There were milkshakes and jars of mashed potatoes (vegetables, fruits) in the refrigerator. 10 Pools, slides - everything is cool here. The children are delighted. The elder (3 years old) rode almost everywhere, The younger (1 year old) also checked out the children's water park. 11 The sea: warm, clean, pleasant. When we chose, we saw that sand + pebbles. We had been to the city of Side before and it was also there, BUT here from the sunbeds to the entrance to the sea there is sand, and then there are pebbles and large ones, there were very small pebbles in Side and it was normal to go in. The entrance wasn't very good here. 12 There are no comments on animation at all. There is a lot of movement for children during the day and in the evening disco. The elder even participated in their competitions once, received a "diploma", and the smaller one was more eager to go to the mini-disco. There were also different programs for adults, but we went to their performances in the evenings, there were dances, songs (covers are different, from different countries, even sang in Russian), performances. 13 Of the big disadvantages for us was the attitude of the staff, it's just "be" and ants in the room.

There are no restrictions on food, everything is delicious and there is a lot of everything, the animation is incomparable!!! The staff's relationship leaves much to be desired, everyone is unhappy and pretends that they do not understand us at all. The child got sick, the temperature rose over 40, the husband went to the reception and asked for help to call the insurance company, they didn't even do that, they wanted to promote him in an ambulance for 200 euros!!!! Well, one Turkish friend helped to recruit to the insurance company and explained the situation, the ambulance arrived quickly, the doctors were good, they did everything right, the child was already running in 2 days)) My rating is 3 , I took off two stars for the dirt and the attitude towards the guests !!! There is just something to compare it with) Good luck to all and have a good vacation)) I'll add it.. I didn't like the sea either , there are waves all the time and the water is not very clean

There is also a lot of garbage on the territory. The room is cleaned on a solid 1, leave no money - it doesn't matter. They'll make a swan, but they won't wash the floors for sure. The children's room is a minus in my opinion and in the opinion of the child, but I saw that many people play and like it. Out of 17 days, my child went to the children's disco three times and said more that he did not want to:( A separate negative topic: the issuance of drinks, juices, tea, coffee - you will have to defend a notable queue for them, during this time your food may have already cooled down;) why such a system was made is unclear to me) Well, if you are traveling towards the end of the season, be prepared that the slides and other entertainment will close earlier than usual) I know that many people go to this hotel several times, but I would never come back;)

I rested at this hotel from 07/11/24 to 07/21/24. I chose it because I accidentally got into it for a day, due to the postponement of the plane flight. The hotel is gorgeous. there is enough varied food, there were straight fish days, shrimps are red fish. octopuses and all sorts of sea reptiles.... there are several pools, it was good to go to the pool after lunch 18+ there are no screaming children. very calm. It's just relaxing. at the same time, there are gorgeous slides. the beach is certainly not right next to each other. but you can also walk fully, especially after eating, so to speak. there is everything on the beach, food, drinks, alcohol. a lot of ice cream) in general, the rest is gorgeous. there are more pros than cons here anyway. and so to the cons: - of course the price.... - still not the first line otherwise, everything is great)
