I ate only an omelet in the morning, all day at the grandmothers' pita bread in tents. It's a long way to the beach, there is a tractor that carries, but its roof is about to collapse. We visited this hotel in June 2024. Not new, the room stock needs to be updated. The bed linen is clean, changed on request, towels are changed in the room every day, cleaning is carried out. A mini bar and a safe are already included in the price. The territory is quite large, there is a place to walk. It's great that the rooms are far from the noise and entertainment. The animation is great especially for children and most importantly not intrusive. Evening shows, mini disco are all great, plus a separate stage for evening live concerts. Meals for 4, you will not stay hungry day or night, but without frills. There is a coffee shop, ice cream throughout the day. Water activities for all ages, a good children's water town. The beach is about 5 minutes on foot from the main territory, 10-15 minutes from the room, there is a tractor on which you can drive. There is a wide coastline, a lot of sun beds, even during rush hour there are free ones. The sea also has a full meal. The entrance to the sea is good. If you do not pay attention to the nuances, I recommend it!

Unpleasant events have happened to my loved ones here . The men arrived late in the evening. We had dinner and drank. One got drunk and went to sleep. In search of his room, he began knocking on the neighboring ones... Instead of "competently" escorting a drunk guest to the room, the security guards do not cope with their duties and call the police. But the police left immediately. There was nothing criminal in his actions. Next, I quote the text from the official letter: "The other guests refused to file an official complaint, but after the departure of the police, the hotel decided to evict the guests." When asked why such strict measures are taken against them, are there other drunken and more noisy guests in the hotel? The answer was: but they go to sleep with their wives! Seriously? Then it may be more honest to review the rules of hotel accommodation: do not introduce alcohol bottling around the clock and impose a ban on single men?!! I do not know - unprofessionalism or personal motives of the hotel administration led to this decision, but you must agree - it is unpleasant and insulting when you are exposed as finished alcoholics on the first day of rest, then they also relocate for your own money - 40 euros taxi; 150 - surcharge for accommodation in another. From the cons: There are a lot of technical problems in the room: the watering can at the shower was broken, splashed in all directions, the water in the toilet was constantly flowing, our mattress was terribly uncomfortable, so that the room was more or less comfortable, it was necessary to set the minimum temperature on the air conditioner. Cleaning the room for show, sometimes there was a feeling that the towels were not changed, but folded and put as clean, the mini bar is not replenished every day.The territory is narrow, most of it is occupied by residential buildings. Since this is not the first time we are vacationing in Turkey and we have something to compare it with, the restaurant is a little poor in the number and variety of dishes (for breakfast, lunch, dinner it was the same). In our room, the internet worked very poorly. There were almost always not enough towels on the beach. Personally, our family does not want to return to this hotel anymore!

We have already been to Turkey many times and there is something to compare it with! We always rested in the top five and this hotel is far from 5 stars, to be honest. Still to go and go to level 5. There are a lot of flaws. But there are advantages too, anyway, I'll start with them. Positive: 1. Near the airport, beautiful green area 2. The food is more or less normal, but there is really little of it compared to other hotels 3. There are a lot of sun beds on the beach and the beach itself is good, the only thing is not very comfortable entrance to the sea at the beginning, but tolerable, further sand, the sea is high, clean and gentle🌊💕 4. A cool blue tractor is taking you to the sea 🚜 5. Cool children's pool with lots of slides 6. I really liked the area with gazebos overlooking the river, and there you can also have a delicious snack (pancakes, waffles, gyuzleme and fish) 7. And of course, the Swan patisserie in the lobby, there is a high coffee, and cookies, and pies, and cocktails 🍸💕 I have no idea about animation, since we were at sea all the time and did not participate in anything during the day, my daughter was at the kids club near the pool a couple of times, there is nothing special there, a few toys and drawings, but the children are normal and this is the main thing In the evening, there will be performances by artists and live music! The coolest thing was when Burak was playing on the beach) Minuses: 1. Terrible rooms are tired and dirty 2. The cleaning is bespont generally, the floors have never been washed, the bed linen with some yellow streaks and holes, the dust lay there and remained before departure, I was tired too, apparently the minibar was replenished three days later) shampoos and gels in jars were given only when I asked the maid myself) 3. A cockroach in the room near the suitcases is also normal in principle. In general, this is the first time we meet such a thing in a hotel, and not only in Turkey. The location of the hotel in relation to the bus stop, in order to get somewhere at all about nothing. To get to the right stop, where the 22 bus stops, which can take you to Belek, Kadriye, Land of Legends or Alanya, you need to walk for 20 minutes and if it's still hot in the afternoon, then it's a tin 8. The drain in the room is terrible in the bathroom, I had to turn off the water and wait for all this water and foam to drain🤦🏽♀️ (the plumber came and did something, helped for once, then everything is the same) 9. Well, the top minus from which the management should definitely grab his head, especially for a 5-star hotel - this is generally the bottom) and I also read the latest reviews and realized that my case is not the only one! Money was stolen from the bag))) which was standing next to the TV on the bedside table, the money was in the inside pocket, there were purely our Russians five thousand) well, they took one so that maybe I didn't notice or I don't know why they didn't take everything, thank you of course, it's basically my fault that I didn't put it in the safe (everything else was in the safe), I just forgot, but the hotel has a theft factor, so keep in mind, it's good that something I didn't forget to put the other one away🙏🏼 Now it's clear why there is no such cleaning in the room, they just have no time to clean, they spend all their time picking at other people's bags. P.S. The rooms were cleaned for exactly 2 minutes, sometimes even the garbage was not thrown out. But the towels seemed to be changed every day. No one cleaned the sand and hair for all 7 days. Neither tips nor requests at the reception helped. There was dirt everywhere, on the pools, in the restaurant, and sometimes dirty appliances came across. The tables were cleaned for a long time. There are huge queues everywhere. The room stock is tired, the smell of old furniture hit the nose when checking in. Then, in a week, they seemed to sniff it. In general, the hotel is not bad, it requires attention and repair, the territory is very large, which simply cannot be serviced. We didn't have any questions about food, but I'm not picky. There was enough of everything. The food is delicious. The animation is average.
