We stayed at this hotel in January 2024.
The buffet was good, they never left hungry.
The room was on the 13th floor, the bed was comfortable. There were 2 0.5 bottles of water, tea, coffee, sugar and paper napkins in the room every day.
Unfortunately, the closets and bedside tables did not smell pleasant and unfortunately our things were always in the suitcase.
I was quite satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, but the quality of cleaning every day is really a little lame. They only change towels, make your bed and bring you the same water and other supplies.
Please note that the staff does not speak Russian.
There is a shuttle service to the beach, but if you want to visit it yourself, you will need to show the hotel voucher.

A normal hotel, Delicious food and cleaning during, for 4 * it's quite good! Transfer to the sea twice a day, but we did not use it, we walked! a terrible hotel, which are 4 *, even 2 are few, dirty linen, broken air conditioning, dirty driving, tiles pop on the ceiling when opening the bathroom door, they promised to change the room, but they never did it, the staff's answer is sorry, there are no available rooms, they will be tomorrow... and so it has been all week ... In general, of the hundreds of hotels visited, this one was the most terrible. We had an early check-out, I ordered a lunch box with me, it turned out that no one had done anything at the check-out! They just scored and that 's it ... As a result, they called the kitchen, hastily put something inedible, and I left with the children. At the reception, they generally stated that if the check-out is earlier than 5 am, then the lunch box is not allowed! Although the application was confirmed at the dinner and the restaurant also confirmed it.
