Everything is basically fine there. Medical services are not available until late, but there are a lot of people, queues, they do not have time to serve everyone, especially massage.

An excellent sanatorium with the possibility of medical procedures! A magnificent pool with water from the Ugam mountain river, after swimming you feel reborn! The food is delicious and varied according to the Soviet system, there is no choice, eat what you were given! The suites are shabby to put it mildly, but even this does not bother against the background of magnificent nature and clean air! There are no entertainments in the evening! And yet I recommend, nature is a plague!

Overall, not a bad place to stay. I liked the pool the most. A playground, a living area, an evening disco. With massage, however, you have to go through a quest. The food is acceptable.

We often went on vacation to Kristall in the late 90s. We decided to go this year. The girl Fatima answered one of the 3 numbers listed on Yandex. I am very grateful to her for her responsiveness and professionalism. She answered all our questions correctly and helped us book a room. Thanks to Fatima, the rest was a success. The modern Crystal meets all the requirements.

A good place to relax. Clean, lots of trees. We lived in a cottage for 10 people. The furniture is fresh, two bathrooms. The bed linen is clean and fresh. There is air conditioning and a TV, a place where they take food.
There is a covered parking on site. Dining room with three meals a day. They feed normally. There is an outdoor swimming pool.the water is clean and cool.
I recommend.

Do not settle into rooms, the condition is so-so, like in a barrack, everything is dead, the beds are uncomfortable, Wi-Fi does not catch, an ancient TV with non-working channels. There is never any administration in the block at the reception. No one warned about the working hours of the indoor pool and the fact that it is separate, there is an unpleasant smell in the locker room of the pool. The kitchen is not bad, but there is no way to order anything more. There is 1 store on the territory, there are no cigarettes and alcohol in it. Do not settle into shorter rooms, overpay for the cottage.
