We came to this SPA with my mother, bought a program for two for 30,000 tenge — and it was the most wasted money in our lives. It felt like we were not in a SPA, but in an old basement place where we hadn't even heard about cleanliness and service. 1. It became clear from the first seconds that something was wrong Someone's old slates were given at the entrance. They are not disposable, but ordinary rubber, oily and unpleasant to the touch. It feels like they're just being put on a shelf, not even washed. 2. The hair dryer is right at the entrance To dry your hair, stand in the hallway where everyone walks. No packing room, no convenience. Saving on everything. 3. The interior is dull and shabby Old walls, chipped tiles, cheap repairs from a decade ago. The atmosphere is not relaxing, but oppressive. 4. The hammam is the worst thing. There was a foul sewer smell, so pungent that it was impossible to stay inside. There are stains on the tiles, mold, everything looks like an old rural bathhouse. The workers come in and say "relax," but how do you do that in such a stink? 5. Procedures are a complete disappointment The foam smelled like cheap dish detergent. The scrub was done roughly, as if by a random person, not a master. Everything is chaotic, unpleasant, and not worth a dime. 6. Hair is a separate stress. I asked carefully because of the hair extensions, but they pulled me so hard that half of them were almost torn out. The balm was applied to the entire length, including the roots — the person does not know the basic technique. She barely washed it off. 7. There are no lockers All personal belongings had to be left on the sofas, in full view of everyone. There is no question of security at all. 8. The massage finished me off completely The master does everything automatically, there is zero technique, it hurts in places. She smelled like sewage. The door is ajar all the time — you can hear everyone and everything. She was constantly sighing, as if she was tired of life. 9. Changing clothes right in the massage room No space, no amenities. It's just a cramped room after a massage — pack up as you want. ⸻ result This is not a SPA or a vacation. It's a dirty, old, unpleasant place that's not even worth 3,000 tenge, let alone 30,000 tenge. We came out angry, tired, and feeling like we'd been tricked. I don't recommend it to anyone. The worst SPA experience of my life. I also had to put on my shoes standing up on the way out, because other customers were sitting on the couch.👏🏻
