This was the first and last time I visited this branch.
1) Untrained staff: I come, I say Beef burger combo. But the employee of Kausar (the administrator Zhanar is written on the receipt, but there was no administrator himself) and cannot delete the order item. I STOOD AND WAITED FOR 20 MINUTES FOR THIS CIRCUS TO END! SO THEY ALSO MANAGED TO PLACE AN ORDER IN THE HALL, AND NOT FOR TAKEAWAY, they say I didn't say anything like that. And they themselves stupidly and silently began to put everything in the tray! But later, they started putting everything in a bag. DAMN, HOW CAN YOU PUT IT IN A PACKAGE IF ALL THIS FALLS OUT?!!
2) Disorganization: after they could not make an order, they started calling the administrator, although the administrator should always be in the building of this branch!

A pleasant, quiet place with good, fresh and delicious fast food. However, I recommend that the institution add lean types of hamburgers and salads to the menu, as well as add more ketchup to straws to French fries. And finally, so that the staff is more friendly, although you can understand until late on shift. Otherwise, everything is great.
