The food is served very quickly, the waiters are attentive and create an atmosphere of friendly communication.The kitchen is worthy of the highest rating. A wonderful place with a calm interior, polite and unobtrusive staff, delicious cuisine! We ordered pancakes, lasagna, tartare and bao with shrimp - we were delighted with everything! A great place for a Sunday breakfast or evening dinner with your loved ones!

In general, if you want to go to a Michelin-starred restaurant for reasonable money, then you are here. I went here for a few days, but one failed dish, everything is chic, and breakfast and dinner, and I am very tight-lipped and picky.
The interior is pleasant, the music is unobtrusive, the paintings are interesting, the food is top.
Scrambled tartare for breakfast is the most delicate, freshest, melting in your mouth.
Tonno tonato - how did you process tuna so insanely, is it even legal?
Scallops for dinner, pasta with shrimp, as if they had just been caught in front of you and brought to the table.
And this cake, tiramisu with smoked prunes, smoked, sweet, tender, but textured, is something, check it out.
If anyone has been to Sage in Moscow (Muscovites, hello), then they are similar, but they get the same Sage for breakfast.
If anyone likes Duoband (Peter, hi), and everything they do, run here too, it looks like.
Of all the waiters, Regina is the top for me-she sees what a person needs right now, and advises exactly that, always on the positive side, always with a kind word.

Welcome to visit for those who appreciated Umami) The interior is minimalistic, not distracting from food, if not rustic. The menu is a cross between Italy, Asia and fusion cuisine. From what I liked the most: carpacho, pince and ceviche. Although the pince was too dry for my taste and the edges were burnt, I take off the star just for that. The location of the institution and the entrance to the barrier is not the most convenient combo, but the guys decorated this area with their presence. You can go back and try new positions

Definitely an interesting place, one of the few in the city with unusual dishes and their serving.
There are some difficulties with entry/exit and sometimes parking, due to the barrier, which is controlled by calling the institution.
Sometimes there are not the most pleasant waiters, apparently from overload, because there are almost always quite a lot of people.
Not only the dishes are interesting, but also the cocktails, but the dessert menu is boring due to the peculiarities of the fast open kitchen.
In general, for your money, a good option to try fusion cuisine, you can safely recommend it to those who want to try something new.

The kitchen is above all praise! The waiters' service is also on the level.
But when you arrive at an institution on a day off at 10:50 with a table reservation at 11, you walk through an open door, and they tell you, "please leave the institution, we are not ready," which meant that they open at 11, to put it mildly unpleasant. We returned only because of the kitchen.
If you are not open, do not open the door, if the door is open, do not expel the guests.

I found myself in a cafe by accident, I rarely visit this area, but I had heard about Cafe Cultura before, I decided to take the opportunity and go in. At the entrance, you will be greeted by an order pick-up area. Perhaps the food is also cooked there. The cafe is decorated in a minimalist style, with modern paintings on the walls. In general, the interior is not bad. I ordered a raf, as there was no time for food. The price of a small cup is 8 BYN. The coffee was almost cold, I was not offered to add syrup. The waiter is not smiling. Therefore, the score is 3⭐ out of 5 possible.

The location is highly questionable (an old business center with signs about renting offices on the windows) and the summer terrace look terrible: a couple of tables in some kind of tent.
The interior is nice, but there is very little space between the tables. The open kitchen does not make much noise, but because of the small room it is very difficult to communicate because of the general hum.
I can recommend pince-nez and wine from the food. Pasta from soft varieties also raises questions in a restaurant with Italian cuisine.
The restaurant is not bad, but not for its price. We won't go a second time.

I often pick up for pickup, 10 out of 10 dishes! Vitello Tonnato is better than in a restaurant where the chef is Italian. Today we visited and tested it in the hall. Everything is great, we tried dishes that we had not ordered before, we will definitely come back and bring friends. A huge plus is its own parking on the porch! Top service, at full load. I have not seen anywhere the waiting time for any dish is 10-15 minutes at full load!) success and prosperity, I am your fan)

The most favorite place to eat in Minsk! I wanted to write a review after the service of the girl with red hair, it seems to be Anna's name. After that, I want to come back again and again. Стильное заведение авторской кухни в спальном районе Минска.
В заведении все идеально, начиная от интерьера (скандинавский минимализм), заканчивая десертом и скоростью подачи счета.
Когда оказываешься здесь, даже не веришь глазам, что ресторан, достойный заезды Мишлена может оказаться в этом районе (не потому что район плохой, просто скорее ждёшь обнаружить такой ресторан в центре)
Меню располагается, условно, на одной странице - позволяет сделать выбор за пару минут, но любой выбор будет правильным.
Кстати, для приверженцев вегетарианской кухни в этом кратком меню найдутся несколько блюд.
Мы заказали на закуску - хумус (нежный) и Тартар с лисичками (шикарный соус), на горячее - утку и палтус (оба блюда были шикарны), а затем взяли чиз-кейк (таял во рту, а не в руках).
Прекрасное быстрое обслуживание, скоростная подача блюд. Хочется возвращаться почаще, если бы я жил в Минске . Кстати, почти все посетители заказывали пиццу, поэтому вернусь попробовать ее в следующий приезд в Минск.

Лучший ресторан в Минске, в котором мы были!Тёплая атмосфера, приветливая администратор, красивый интерьер в скандинавском стиле (отдельный плюс за стулья и картины), внимательные официанты, чистые уборные (хорошая идея с полотенцами вместо салфеток). И самое важное - гастрономический оргазм от блюд! Официант Анна помогла нам выбрать вино,теперь это наш фаворит (вино - tenuta del fant il falchetto). Уточняла все ли нам нравится и предупредила об остроте блюд. Обслуживание было быстрое и на высшем уровне. Вышли из заведения словно окрыленные :) Огромное спасибо всему персоналу. Обязательно скоро вернёмся! ❤️

Была 03.09.23г, заказывала безалкогольный коктейль ( совсем не строил своих 17р), на горячее гребешки - вкусно, но порция маленькая. На десерт чизкейк с манго - не понравился, очень резкий ненатуральный запах манго. Еще был травяной чай, от которого не очень хорошо себя чувствовала, возможно мяты очень много было…думаю сюда больше не вернусь(( хотя обслуживание хорошее

Место, которое соответствует всем пожеланиям современных людей, интересующихся гастрономической обстановкой в городе. Каждое из заказанных блюд было подано по всем правилам эстетики, а над вкусом еды явно работают профессионалы своего дела. Must-try: паштет, вителло тоннато, баклажан пармиджана, паста с креветками в тайском биске (не классическая паста, прям Азия в каждой вилке), пицца с мортаделлой. Десерты: чизкейк и ромовая баба (просто поверьте мне на слово). Персонал доброжелателен, вежлив, клиентоориентированность на высоком уровне. Интерьер минималистичный, стильный, в актуальных ныне серых, бежевых тонах. Коктейльная карта порадовала, но без удивлений. Благодарю за прекрасное место, до новых встреч!

Я в полном восторге! У меня редко получается писать отзывы о заведениях, но здесь меня покорили.
1. Работа персонала. Улыбчивые и дружелюбные официанты и управляющий.
2. Авторская работа и вкус в блюдах невероятно гармоничные!
3. Атмосфера и эстетика внутри заведения на высшем уровне.
4. Меню очень красивое.
Спасибо за такое место! Однозначно советую!

It's just the quintessence of Belarusian gastronomy. Very cozy, atmospheric, polite staff. There is no such expensive pseudopathos like in marble or the view. The food is very tasty, you don't have to wait for hours to serve.

Очень вкусная и необычная еда! Приятная атмосфера без излишнего пафоса. Современный уютный дизайн. Адекватные цены и очень приветливый персонал.
С момента, как первый раз попали в это заведения, очень рекомендуем его всем знакомым.
Очень рекомендую попробовать десерты! Они очень необычные и невероятно вкусные! И закуски тоже не стоит оставлять без внимания.
Вообще нам понравилось всё, что мы заказывали. Что-то больше что-то меньше, но это уже дело вкуса.
На мой взгляд, одно из лучших заведений на данный момент в Минске .

Из плюсов: действительно вкусно. Еду принесли быстро. Неплохой интерьер, особенно понравились вазы, а также полотенца для рук,
Из минусов: очень неудобные стулья (для локтей) и столы (для ног). Много недоработок в виде отсутствия плинтусов и крема в емкости для мыла у раковины. Обслуживание среднее, в какой-то момент о нас забыли. За завтраком не подают воду.
Картины, кажется, скорее портят интерьер, но это уже субъективно)
4 звёзды за замечательный тар-тар
Upd: посетили это заведение спустя 4 месяца уже во время ужина. Из-за большого количества людей и тесного расположения столов явно ощущается не ресторанная атмосфера. Плинтусов нет по-прежнему. И крем для рук в ёмкости “Soap” на месте) забавно. В начале официанты внимательны, но чтобы попросить счет, как и прежде, пришлось выискивать официанта по залу, так как про нас явно забыли. Обслуживание тоже не развивается, в общем)

Самые крутые завтраки в Минске.
Отдельный респект тартару с муссом из пармезана, настоящий кайф в тарелке.
Внутри слегка шумновато и бывает очень много народу, но если сесть на улице, субботнее утро сразу становится в 10 раз интереснее.
