Just expectation and reality
I ordered a delicate peach shade with roses, and received a PURPLE bouquet with hydrangea (they filled the price with this hydrangea, which should not be given in a bouquet at all!!!)
I made the order in advance and paid for everything at once, no one warned me about replacing the bouquet!
I understand that there is a holiday and a flood of orders, but with this attitude you have lost a client.
I loved your store very much, it's a pity that my order was treated with such indifference

I have never seen a worse attitude towards a client than here…
I placed an order on the 13th in advance for mother's Day, closer to the time of delivery, I dialed to clarify when there would be bouquets and what I was told "we don't see your order, I'll look for it now and call you back", while I was waiting for the call, I noticed an SMS that they sent early in the morning to Viber, that unfortunately they don't have specific flowers and they can be replaced by others, I call back and clarify this point and of course I wonder "why didn't they dial me, since I didn't answer the SMS" it's logical that a person simply might not see the SMS and, surprisingly, they didn't even worry about my order and didn't inform me that the delivery was not will
After all the clarifications, I am simply offered a choice of those bouquets that have already been collected! By the look of it, they were already collected three days ago…
And besides, the girl who talked to me didn't even try to solve this problem!

Очень разочарован работой данного магазина. Оформление заказов на сайте онлайн работает формально или для вида. После оформления заказа, высвечивается уведомление о том что ваш заказ принят. Спустя время, статус заказа "происходит сборка". По выходу, спустя 6 часов, сотрудники магазина, на вопрос "где мой заказ", отвечают что заказ был не так оформлен и их у него нет. После, заказ всё таки нашёлся. Убедившись в том, что заказ все таки был оформлен верно, сотрудник магазина вместо банального извинения, всячески пытался сделать из клиента "дурака", рассказывая о том, что не могли связаться с ним.

Заказывала букет из розочек, микс. Доставили курьером, причём розы были просто на заднем сидении, без воды, и не первой свежести. Просто выбросила деньги. Конечно, такой букет не подарить. Не рекомендую!

очень разочаровала доставка шаров.
Ответ сотрудницы магазина: мы цветочный и не занимаемся шарами - на мой взгляд вообще неуместен. Если Вы предоставляете услугу, то нужно ее качественно выполнять или вовсе не браться.
Шарики сдулись на след день. Были очень плохо надуты и при этом еще забыли привезти груз. Когда грузик привезли, я была в шоке: привезли просто желтый шарик с водой. Мало того что он был не упакован в упаковку, так еще и желтый, что вообще не сочетается с шарами.
Букеты были хороши, только как водитель передал в одном букете уже завяли гортензии(можно было бы предусмотреть и в такую жару на составлять букеты с такими цветами).
Именинница не получила вау эффекта, а жаль….

Очень удобно заказывать цветы, практически во всех других магазинах нужно звонить. Тут, сделал заказ через приложение, получил букет. Еще и бонусы начислят. Красивые композиции по приемлемым ценам

Пользуюсь услугами вашего магазина постоянно. Цветочки всегда свежие и хороший выбор, что не мало важно! Отличный персонал, всегда помогут с выбором. В январе воспользовалась доставкой, очень переживала, т. к. предпочитаю выбирать цветы сама, но все было на высшем уровне, не подвели! Доставка курьером в оговорено время. Спасибо за вашу работу, вы молодцы! За цветочным настроением только к вам)

Пора бы уже забыть советский пережиток, что «покупатель вам что-то должен». Заодно научиться пользоваться современными технологиями, информацию о которых вы не понять зачем наклеили в своем сарайчике, и при этом не делать удивлённое лицо, когда покупатель в 2к23 году отчего-то вдруг решил произвести оплату вдруг … не наличными.
Таких учить только негативными отзывами на благо более адекватным конкурентам.

Спасибо огромное магазину! Помогли сделать подарок для моей мамочки, хотя я нахожусь в другом городе. Она просто в восторге! Букет и шарики подобраны с учётом всех моих пожеланий, в день доставки прислали фотоотчёт. По времени доставки также всё исполнено в срок. Всё на высшем уровне, а букет получился просто великолепный.
