The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance of attractions such as Topkapi Palace, St. Sophia Cathedral and Galata Clock Tower. The Galata Port walking area is 15-20 minutes away at a calm pace. It was chosen because of its proximity to the concert hall. The hotel itself is gorgeous, a bit like the Arab ones. They upgraded our room category for free, which, of course, we were satisfied with. The only caveat: if the windows face the street, keep in mind that there is a mosque in front of the hotel and if you are a light sleeper, this may bother you (in the morning, the call to prayer is at about 5 o'clock). The rooms are high-tech: light on buttons divided into zones (daytime, evening, night), dimming of the glass partition in the bathroom also with a button. The rooms are clean, daily cleaning. The room rate includes breakfast in the restaurant with an incredible view of the Bosphorus. I didn't like the food very much, and once there were extraneous inclusions (inedible) in the yogurt with granola, for which I take off my star. The hotel has a pleasant spa area (they require a cap in the pool: if anything, you can buy it from them at the reception). The staff is attentive, but there are drawbacks: the safe was not working in our room and they promised to help us resolve the issue, but they did not come (they apparently forgot). In general, the hotel is good in terms of price/quality ratio and location, I recommend it.

Nice hotel, convenient location. The New Year was celebrated in the cafe on the top floor of the hotel. The dinner was delicious, and there was plenty of alcohol. One of the disadvantages is the relatively poor selection of breakfast dishes for a five-star hotel. The staff periodically took the dishes out of the room, I had to constantly call and ask to be returned.

We came for 3 nights. I think that the rating of the hotel is lower than the real one. The hotel is very nice. Yes, it's not new, but everything works, everything is beautiful, the staff didn't make a mistake anywhere. We took a superior room with a view - everything is great. Breakfast was enough for us: eggs, fish, sausages, lots of pastries, fruits, vegetables, Turkish sweets, etc. The location is good, near the metro. The hotel itself is on a hill, but this is typical of Istanbul. I rate the hotel 4.9 (not 5 because it's not a new hotel after all).

The location of the hotel is the best! The deposit upon arrival is 200€. Room=> we had a 2-room room with a view of the city. The cleaning is excellent, the bed linen is good. From the negative side, this is a "smart house" and cardboard walls with, respectively, disgusting noise insulation. No matter what time you come, there are always a lot of people. They just sit and talk. We still need to look for an empty table. The service is excellent, the staff is friendly. The pool => is closed, 20 meters, a cap is needed. There is no separate elevator for descending to the spa center. The prices for massage are insane. But now everything in Turkey is very expensive. For such a large hotel, all 3 elevators, it took a very long time to wait, sometimes I had to queue for the elevator.

Baking is not very good, but this is Turkey, not Italy. There are enough laudatory reviews. And they are most often fair. Therefore, about the disadvantages. There is a very pungent smell of fragrance in the lobby. For us, anyway. We tried to pass as quickly as possible. The elevator has a strange numbering of buttons. The room has a very sophisticated light control. Why, it is unclear. There is no shower, it is very inconvenient to get into the bath if you are not 20 years old - a very wide side, 20 centimeters, and a glass partition restricts movement. The hand shower doesn't work. Only the top one. No matter how you dodge, at first it is doused with ice water. The hotel is located on a fairly quiet street, near the embassy But there is nowhere to go out. A street with a steep descent, and there is little pleasure to walk along Taksim and Istiklal We always stay in the Nisantasi area, apparently, next time we will return to that area again

At the same time, the description on the website indicates an overestimated area of some rooms. We came across a room significantly smaller than the declared area, while the Twin in which the children lived was more spacious. But this is not a big problem, the rooms are comfortable, with elements of a "smart home": electric curtains, lighting scenarios… A very good SPA complex and of course the IZAKA terrace on the top floor of the main building - a stunning sweeping view of the Bosphorus!

For a hotel with such a price for accommodation, this is certainly a horror. Except for the reception floor, everything looks pretty tired, we stayed in a room with a terrace. The room is in a very sad condition, dirty stains on the parquet, old plumbing, an old bed, and in general, a room for such money should be ideal, which is far from the case here. The hotel made a very good impression. The rooms are spacious, cleaning for 5. The room has bathrobes, slippers, kettle, iron, everything is there. There is also a coffee machine in the higher category rooms. The breakfast is good, for every taste. There is porridge and scrambled eggs, and red fish, and a standard set of 5* hotel dishes. I liked the coffee for breakfast, which happens infrequently. Interestingly, everyone, regardless of the order, is served freshly squeezed juice. The spa is also good. There is a swimming pool, quite large, but you either need to bring a pool cap with you or buy it at the spa for 7 euros. They won't let you in a shower cap. Very good location of the hotel - in the very center, next to Istiklal Street and Taksim Square. And of course, the view of the Bosphorus is unforgettable.

A very beautiful hotel! A good location and a chic restaurant on the top floor! Of the disadvantages, 1 person speaks Russian and then found it by accident and on the 3rd day .the breakfasts are not 5 stars at all. And the cherry on the cake was our eviction!!! Our departure was at 21:40. We asked at the reception for a day to extend the room until 19:00. We were told it would be possible, it would cost 100 €, but it must be done through a tour operator. We said ok. The swing starts in the morning and the extension already costs 25 thousand!!!! They dragged on until 3 days and did not solve our problem with the extension !!!! We were tired of this amount !!! They don 't want to solve problems at all !!! On the contrary, they create them! We will not return to this hotel anymore! Such brazen stripping of money is just terrible

I will add a review from June 2023 (the review for 2022 is below). In June 2023, we visited this wonderful hotel for the 3rd time. The attitude is super! The room was upgraded for free and the gift from the hotel was a bottle of wine and fruit. As always, the service is excellent, the breakfast is great. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Very convenient location. This is our favorite hotel in Istanbul!!! In 2022, we stayed at this hotel 2 times for work. The staff is super. The attitude is super. The breakfasts are great! The view of the Bosphorus is super. Audibility? I was in Rixos in the summer, so the audibility is even stronger there. The location is very good, just a couple of minutes to Taksim, there is no background from the constant movement of the crowd, and you can immediately plunge into this crowd, walking 300 meters from the hotel. I recommend it to everyone. For the second time, the upgrade of the room was done for free.

All this is great, of course, but the walls are damn cardboard! You can hear everything, any conversation in the hallway, neighbors, there is also an echo, the doors to the rooms slam terribly. We stayed for 6 days, every night is just a test. On the second day, we were moved to an improved two-bedroom apartment, because it was impossible to sleep because of the upstairs neighbors, who staggered around the room in heels all night. But the new room is no better. Somewhere from 9 pm to 11.45 am there is live music in the restaurant!!?and she screams at the whole hotel with vibrations from the bass. At the same time, there is almost no one in the restaurant! Because in the restaurants at the hotel the prices are Moscow at times, and the food is mediocre, right at all. And do not forget to add 10% to the bill for the service, even if you order by self-delivery! I talked to all the managers at the hotel and sincerely asked who is this music yelling for?! It's not fair, a hotel full of people, 200 people for sure and 4 people in a restaurant?! They apologized, even sent cakes to the room, The music became a little quieter only after I burst into tears at the reception at 23.45 at night because I just want to fall asleep for my big money that I paid for staying here. I do not know why at the Booking, there was not a single review about poor sound insulation. p.s.: a good spa area, just a super gym and a big cool pool! Cappuccino or other coffee can be made free of charge at the reception of the machines around the clock

A great hotel to stay for a few days in Istanbul. It is located close to the center, near the metro station and bus stops. The rooms are comfortable, the food is delicious and there is a large selection (buffet). The restaurant overlooking the Bosphorus is beautiful, the dinners are romantic. The bed, the linen - clean, cool. At the information desk, we were told in detail what you can visit. Unfortunately, this was one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had in my life, and I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs. From the very beginning, we were greeted by unfriendly staff at the front desk. They were rude and unfriendly, and didn't even try to help us with our accommodation. When we entered our room, we found that it was in terrible condition: dirty, the furniture was old and broken, and the plumbing was just disgusting. In addition, the hotel was very noisy, as the sounds from the neighboring rooms and the corridor penetrated through the walls. We also encountered problems with electricity and hot water, which made our stay even more uncomfortable. The location of the hotel was one of its main drawbacks. It was located far from the main attractions and shopping areas, which required a lot of time and money for transport. Breakfasts are just a wild horror the choice is minimal We ordered a tour through the hotel staff and they didn't come!
