We came to the Cyclone restaurant on 07/23/2025. WE always liked to visit this place BEFORE, but this time it's just a shame!!! We made an order at 20.58: 2 pastas with 2 glasses of wine. The wine arrived almost immediately. We waited for the pasta for an hour!!! They asked about the readiness, it turned out that they needed more time to cook it (they just didn't even start making it!!!). Pasta is not super difficult to prepare (Pasta Amatriciana). The pasta serving time is 15 minutes in normal restaurants! As a result, after another 10 minutes, they brought 1 (ONE) PASTA for two people, asking if they should bring plates to eat!!! BOTTOM LINE: realizing that it TURNED out to be TWO servings (and what else is needed for two people???), they offered to wait a little longer!!! And replace it with another paste altogether!!! The manager was called - there is no manager and no one came to sort it out!!! Such SHAMEFUL SERVICE and such a LONG WAITING TIME for the usual dishes from the menu have never been seen in any restaurant!!! And yes, there were no visitors at the time we arrived at this place!!! It would be possible to give a score of "0", they would!!! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND VISITING THIS PLACE!!! We ruined the evening, we just wasted our time in such a place!!! It's a disgrace!
