When I visited the D&R store, unfortunately, I had an experience that fell short of my expectations. The in-store layout was complicated; product placement was messy, especially in the stationery and books sections, which made it difficult to find the products I was looking for. The staff was generally uninterested, I didn't get enough referrals when I asked for help. Also, the waiting time at the checkout was quite long; there was only one attendant, and the intensity could not be managed well. Some products were missing price tags, which slowed down the shopping process. In general, I think the customer experience should be improved at this branch. A more organized store structure and relevant staff can make shopping much more enjoyable.
