I made an appointment on the phone, they said that the price was 7,000 tenge (and this after much questioning, at first they said that "we will agree on the spot"), at the time of payment they put up 10,000 tenge, it's good that I noticed. 42% of the cost was just thrown in from nothing. I ask, how is that? Where does this price come from? They tell me this is because you are a non-resident, I replied that I have an IIN and a Caspian, they continued to invent excuses that you do not have a residence permit (although they cannot even check this), as a result, the price was not changed.
