Very nice hostel in old Almaty.Of the advantages, there is a separate room with a shower and toilet, and of the disadvantages, huge ones.On this trip, the administrator was absent from the hostel for all 3 days, along with cleaning and control of the entire stay.We were left without the possibility of renewal + there was simply no one to hand over the key to.
I would like to add that after making a review, I received a call from the hostel and demands explanations in a commanding tone. Boors and ill-mannered people. And they immediately blocked access to the hostel on the website.

Один из лучших хостела из всех, где я бывал. Помимо спальной комнаты есть просторный холл с диваном, где можно посидеть, и много места во дворе и на крыльце, так что не ощущаешь тесноты. В хостеле было много иностранцев, прекрасная возможность прокачать свои скиллы в иностранных языках и обсудить обстановку в мире:) на кухне не действует сухой закон, что также способствует общению (в рамках разумного, конечно). Администраторы Оля и Сарбина очень приятные и доброжелательные. Нисколько не пожалел, что заехал сюда.

According to the classics, it is better to sign everything your own. They give out clean bed linen and a towel. Everything is quite fresh..
There was a problem with the main intercom to enter the territory. Either I'm a crooked hand, or the button is stuck. After only 1 day there was a problem. To call back periodically... The mattress was already tired enough. The springs were already digging into the ribs on one side. As understood by the two main administrators. Sometimes it seems that they are playing a Good/Evil policeman and you are being interrogated. 1 the administrator yells constantly 2 is always ready to help.
