Clear. At the entrance to the room, they immediately demand to put on sneakers. There are separate showers and toilets on the floors. Wi-Fi. Kitchen with refrigerators. According to the classics, it is better to sign everything your own. They give out clean bed linen and a towel. Everything is quite fresh..
There was a problem with the main intercom to enter the territory. Either I'm a crooked hand, or the button is stuck. After only 1 day there was a problem. To call back periodically... The mattress was already tired enough. The springs were already digging into the ribs on one side. As understood by the two main administrators. Sometimes it seems that they are playing a Good/Evil policeman and you are being interrogated. 1 the administrator yells constantly 2 is always ready to help.

IT'S A COMPLETE MESS...We decided to book a room with my husband for a week here.they wrote a polite letter as expected and asked for the price of accommodation, although all sites already had a price for accommodation per day...We have been waiting for a response for more than a day...they answered us in a very rude way and bent the price 4 times more expensive...and all because we are not residents of KAZAKHSTAN, but from abroad...therefore, appetites increased by 4 times on prices at once...I think it's MEANLY BEAUTIFUL and HUMILIATING...therefore, I do not recommend renting an apartment in this place to anyone

The hostel is good. Well done, you can say with a soul. Staff: Zuhra is the highest score. Olga wishes to find the best job she likes, where hospitality is not required and floors do not need to be washed. While Olga is on shift, she will have to walk on dusty floors.
