A stunningly beautiful place, on the upper floors you can see the panorama of Gagra. The road from the side of the artists' cottage is almost completely overgrown, so it is better to climb from the side of the Gagripsh gorge.

The abandonment is cool. The billiard table has been preserved. Gorgeous views of Gagra, with the sea and architecture. There is a lot of graffiti on the walls, the stairs creak, in some places you have to be very careful. I hope it doesn't collapse, otherwise all the beauty of the upper floor will be inaccessible

The place is interesting, beautiful, but in places the staircase collapses, as well as the building itself, beautiful views of Gagra, it's a pity that such a beautiful place with its history is not being restored
