We ordered a windshield from this company. They promised that in 14 days the glass would be in Belarus, and then they would send it to the Russian Federation. In the contract, the delivery time is 20 working days, then the contractor must pay 0.1% of the cost of the cargo for each deferred day. In fact, the glass arrived in Belarus two and a half months later, then it was sent to us by the transport company, everything is fine, the glass has arrived. No additional payments were requested, as well as the penalty for delayed delivery was not refunded (I don't even want to beg for this money here, the glass came intact, it's already good). As soon as I paid the full cost of the glass, there was no more talk about paying for any services. The glass came as ordered, there are no questions, thank you. The manager responds quickly until you have paid for anything, after payment, you can wait three days for a response.
