I stayed at this hotel and was extremely dissatisfied. It was so cold in the room that even I, a frost-resistant person, froze. It feels like the heating is turned on there just for show. Separately about the dining room. The prices are set as if they have the level of a Michelin restaurant, but in fact the quality of the food is very poor. I ordered a chicken chop with mashed potatoes: first, they tried to serve the dish cold. I had to ask him to warm it up several times. Secondly, the taste leaves much to be desired — it feels like the food has been standing for at least a month, and the chicken "died a natural death" long before cooking. The oil is rancid, and the aftertaste is unpleasant. To somehow break the taste, I bought a liter of Holiday carbonated drink - 780 tenge. It is unclear what such prices are for with such a level of service and quality. Now this hotel and dining room absolutely do not match their price and the expectations of the guests.

The hotel is a credit, we were passing through, we went to Balkhash, the linen is clean, the mattresses and pillows are super, the air conditioner is working, the shower is normal, all accessories in the shower were present, the dining room is open around the clock. The staff is polite, the room was booked by phone without any prepayment, which is a big plus. The only negative is the windows, window sills and batteries are dirty, but I won't even take off the star for this. If I have to stop in Karaganda, I will be happy to stay at this hotel. I recommend it, it's very good for a roadside hotel.

In the morning I had breakfast, ordered scrambled eggs - one egg, herring under a fur coat, pancake with cottage cheese, it came out for 1000 tenge with kopecks. I especially liked the herring under the fur coat-fresh is the most important thing. The cottage cheese in the pancake was tasteless. There are slippers, gel and shampoo, and a dental kit in the room. Hot water, shower. Not all channels are shown on TV. The bed and towels are grey (they should be white), the duvet cover was torn. The room is a little dirty. The furniture is not new, the mattress on the bed is hard. My room was opposite the administration. It's better not to move in there. It's noisy and there's light from there. It's uncomfortable.
