I was pleased with the choice of furniture, but I took off the star for agreeing on one color of chairs, that they would make an order for us, they called and said that they could make only 10 chairs in this color. It was impractical, so I had to take what was there, because they had already paid - I didn't want to run with a refund. I think, since such a serious store, either teach the managers on the spot to explain the situation right away, or, having already taken an order, make what the client needs.
