“Daididau” is not just a restaurant — it’s a symphony, where every note is full of flavor. The menu feels like an art gallery: everything is thoughtful, elegant, and aesthetically pleasing. When the dishes arrived, I paused — I didn’t want to disturb the beauty on the plate. The taste… refined, creative, and truly exceptional. This isn’t just cuisine — it’s art. From the very beginning, I was greeted with warmth and genuine kindness. The manager came over with a gentle smile and spoke in a calm, welcoming manner. And the waiter — like an ambassador of Kazakh culture — passionately shared the story of beshbarmak: what the word means, why the dish is called that, and the traditions behind it. It felt like a small ceremony, and I deeply appreciated it. 😊 The attitude of the entire staff was another pleasure in itself — respectful, courteous, lighthearted. You feel not like a mere visitor, but a truly welcome guest. The idea of using gifted musical instruments from different countries as part of the decor is a graceful touch. The manager mentioned that one of them should be a duduk… I looked for it but couldn’t find it. Still, the thought itself was beautiful. The color palette is my favorite: soft, calming, muted tones that make you want to sink in and relax. Everything here speaks of taste, elegance, and deep respect for culture.

Fantastic dining experience with traditional Kazahk cuisine. Waiters were so polite and friendly ensuring a seamless dining experience with minimal wait time. Atmosphere, elegant interior design and authentic flavors of each meal created memorable moments.

We were here on 09/13/2024. We came to the concert from the Kemerovo region and definitely wanted to visit "Daididau")) I really liked the restaurant, polite and fast service, beautiful interior, delicious food, affordable prices.
