I liked the hotel, everything is in the room. I would like to mention the air conditioner, which is located on the wall so that you can leave it overnight, it will not blow on the bed, as is usually the case. Special attention is paid to the staff. They are very polite and answer all questions. I had breakfast included, but I left late at night, and they organized a lunch box for me without any problems, which was noticeably prepared with soul) There is a cafe at the hotel, they give a 15% discount for guests, I had dinner there, I liked the food and the service. One of the disadvantages is the audibility in the room, but this is a problem for many hotels. In general, the impression is positive and the staff creates it from the first minute. Thank you.

A strong hotel. The rooms look much better than the facade. The room was new, there are towels, shower accessories, dental kit. Bathroom, not shower. It's all clear. Very clean ironed bed linen. The team was responsive, they all suggested questions, and they were very friendly. The breakfasts are normal, for 4 people, a choice of 5-6 menu options. You can hear what's in the hallway through the front door. In general, an excellent local hotel, I took off 1 point due to the entrance group, too much and breakfast, but these are quibbles, so I would put 4.5. I recommend

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel with my family. Very colorful and cozy. The rooms are very nice. A large bed, soft and comfortable. Friendly staff. The restaurant has a very hospitable and friendly staff. A large number of dishes to choose from during breakfast. Tasty. It is clear that the cook cooks with his soul. A very cozy hotel. The rooms are huge, everything is new and everything is well thought out. The guys at the reception are just great, very friendly and helpful! The only thing is, we booked a hotel, with the understanding that everything is nearby :)) but for Almaty and its traffic jams, even this distance turned out to be too far :)) But it was quiet and it was very comfortable to sleep!! We recommend it!!

It is almost full, which is a great success for any hotel. Rooms must be booked in advance. The kitchen is good, the food is delicious. The staff is very polite and attentive. There is no buffet for breakfast, an order from the menu, and only one dish and tea or coffee. I.e. there is no sweet tea or fruit. Very poor breakfasts, I don't eat much, but even I didn't eat enough (breakfast included). And I didn't like the food in the restaurant itself, especially the crispy eggplants, one solid batter, I didn't find any eggplants there The room is large, there is a kettle and a refrigerator in the room

At first I bought a Deluxe room, but it was quite noisy there because of the roadway and it was impossible to sleep with the window open, and with nothing to breathe with it closed. The manager offered to change the room to economy, for which I thank him, but there was a surprise waiting for us on the video, someone was hitting someone with a phone, apparently, then he also took a chair and broke it on someone's head. The next day, they promised to replace everything, but no one came, so I had to call Eldos personally to the room to show him what was done and where it needed to be fixed. Economy rooms overlook the backyard and rooms 12-13 are the quietest of them, out of 14 you can hear the hum of some kind of air conditioner or installation on the roof. In general, this question was asked to the manager Eldos if he knows what kind of noise it is. In response, aggression and phrases such as "if you don't like it, you can cancel and leave today", "go to the mountains - if you want silence", "you are not my only guests", this means you can not serve us Or what?) Further, even more interesting, my wife is Kazakh, and when he saw her, he greeted her, but DID NOT GREET ME ON PRINCIPLE, because I am Russian) Russian Russians are not well liked, but not to the extent that a) to give unsolicited advice b) not to speak Russian in principle c) to defiantly show that I am not welcome here. I brought the money, I wanted to see the country, to see the culture, I saw everything I wanted, I drew conclusions. The breakfasts are delicious, I ate for a fee a couple of times in a cafe, it was not impressive and expensive, there are tastier restaurants for the same price a couple hundred meters away. The hotel is located by the road, I do not advise you to take a Deluxe. Take economy, 12-13 rooms are the quietest. Manager Eldos is kind and watch your language.
