At first, due to some negative reviews, we had doubts, so the first question we asked was about the order preparation time. Waiting time (approximately 30 minutes) we were satisfied, and the beer and krambambula brought quickly warmed us up a little in rainy weather. Free wi-fi also reduced the waiting time, and our order arrived 20 minutes later. Pancakes with machanka are beyond praise, and cutlets are how my grandmother can cook! You must agree, because grandma's food is the most delicious! Prices are quite affordable, cozy interior, good service, so 5 out of 5!

They were served crispy, with a golden crust, and the inside was the most delicate. Machanka with pancakes: ★★★★★ Pancakes are thin, airy. The machanka was thick, fragrant, and the meat simply melted in my mouth. It is a very satisfying and delicious dish that perfectly conveys the spirit of the national cuisine. Krambambula: ★★★★★ Be sure to order! Traditional Belarusian tincture. Served in a beautiful decanter, the taste is mild, honey-like, with spicy notes. It warms up and lifts the mood perfectly. The service was at a good level.We were quickly greeted and escorted to the table. The waiter politely and in detail answered all the questions, helped with the choice. The food arrived without delay. No complaints. Damian is one of the best places where we tried Belarusian cuisine in its modern and high—quality interpretation. There is a love for culinary traditions and attention to detail. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back! We really like the cafe, we have been visiting it since the first days of its opening. It is now a tradition to visit Domian every time. I like everything, we'll talk about it later and in more detail, now about the downside. I've said it several times, I asked the waitresses to convey my wishes, I don't remember, maybe I wrote in the book of reviews, Well, the background music doesn't fit this interior, mostly English. I've noticed how many good songs there are, "You're making noise in the birches", "Malinovka", "Belovezhskaya Pushcha" and other songs by "Pesnyarov", "Sabrow" and other artists, and even modern ones. I understand that perhaps something else is needed at banquets, but so, according to the color and interior, appropriate music is needed. So everything is great, polite waitresses, good chefs, delicious food - salads and all hot dishes. I especially like Polotsk draniki. A few more words about the staff. Two years ago, they asked if we could cook Polotsk draniki and just with meat on the road and with ourselves. They didn't refuse , just brought the containers. In the evening, we came to a traditional farewell dinner and picked up our order. The ride to St. Petersburg (Leningrad) was excellent. I was born in Polotsk myself, but I have been living in St. Petersburg for a long time since the seventies. I strongly recommend that anyone who travels to Belarus visit Polotsk and definitely Domian. Everyone who drove or passed along the way was very pleased with both Polotsk and Domian.
