Of the disadvantages: the humidity is very high from the sea and in some rooms on the windward side, bed linen, carpets, fabric items are all wet. A great hotel, there was a problem with payment, but everything was quickly resolved and it did not cause much inconvenience. We lived on the 13th floor, an awesome view of the port, although cargo, but still very beautiful, and at night it's generally super. The room is standard, clean, comfortable large bed, small bathroom, everything is very cozy, delivery from any cafe to the room works. The included breakfast also surprised me in a good way, the choice is for every taste. The location is good, you can easily walk to the Bahai gardens.
