I expected professional and transparent work, but in practice I came across a typical agency approach. There was an obvious and tangible drawback in the new apartment — constant extraneous noise, presumably from engineering systems. At the same time, it turned out that other clients had already refused this facility. Instead of a direct and honest explanation, the situation was presented through streamlined formulations like "this happens" and "this does not mean that the apartment is problematic," which looks like an attempt to mislead the client about the real condition of the object and the significance of its shortcomings. I would like to note the company's position separately: instead of trying to resolve such situations or give the client at least some feedback, it seems that this approach is fully accepted and encouraged. No apologies, no attempt to smooth over the situation, no basic service, including without any offers of compensation or bonuses from the company. For clients who value honesty, openness and responsibility on the part of the agency, this style of work is unlikely to be suitable.
