Then either 5000 e staff for termination or endure further and pay, and after payment no one owes you anything at all. And you need an acceptance certificate at all (there are no claims written in it even initially, even if there are any), no one is in a hurry to eliminate defects, they starve you, you will give up all claims yourself, you need an apartment.... horror. they feel their impunity.
