We regularly buy at Dana because of the wide range and good prices. But every trip to the store is a test. The room has long been in need of modern renovation, dirt, crush and chaos create the feeling not of a civilized supermarket, but of a spontaneous market. But this time, something happened that crossed all boundaries. We picked up the groceries, put them on the tape at the checkout, and suddenly the cashier, without apologizing or explaining anything, just turned around and left! We stood for several minutes in disbelief, not understanding what was going on. As a result, I had to pack our things on my own and go get in line at another checkout, wasting my time. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Until the management pays attention to the service and makes repairs, there is no desire to return here.

The range of products, of course, is not bad. But everything is very tightly packed. It is not very convenient to get close to the goods. The staff is young, which is probably why sometimes only one of the three ticket offices is open, despite the number of customers. I have to stand in line for quite a long time.
