An unscrupulous seller. We agreed to meet at 15:30, I came from another city, stood for an hour under the door, and it's not May on the street. I called the number indicated in the salon and wrote - the seller did not answer, apparently the customers are not so important to them. Make a conclusion if you want to contact this salon.

Hello everyone. I leave positive feedback more often, but this time I have to leave a negative one. On August 29, 2020, I rented a dress for the second day of the wedding (pictured). Also in the same salon I ordered a butterfly for the groom, wedding glasses, 3 candles for the family hearth, 4 handkerchiefs, decorations for the car. Of all the above, there were no questions at the time of issue, only by glasses. First, about the pros: ✔️ The owner is a pleasant woman; ✔️ Pleasant prices (Evening dress first rental - 100p Glasses - 15p Candles - 13p Handkerchiefs - 2p per piece Decorations for 2 cars - 20p + bonus package of tulle ribbons for the rest of the cars Butterfly - 10p) ✔️ An adequate attitude to problems and awareness of one's wrongness. And now I'll go through the cons: The delivery of the dress and everything else was agreed on 05/25/2020 at 10:00 (on the same day at 11:00 I picked up the dress for the first day in another salon, and at 13:00 a minibus was ordered for a trip from Minsk with all things and some guests to the city where the wedding took place). At 9 a.m., when I was already on my way to the salon, I received a message from the owner of the salon that she was ill with a request to postpone the issue to the 26th, but because I was already leaving on the 25th, it was not possible to postpone the issue, we agreed that she would send someone to give me a dress instead of herself. In the salon, the delivery was made by a seamstress. During the fitting it turned out: ✔️ The rings of the podyupnik were lost; ✔️ The dress was not hemmed at the waist at all (the dimensions were previously removed by the owner of the salon herself); The breast cups were sewn crookedly (one above and closer to the center, and the other below, closer to the armpit and part was held on a needle The handkerchiefs were not the color of ivari, but powdery (more yellow); Out of 3 candles, 2 were white and 1 was yellow; The seamstress ran around the salon looking for jewelry for the car, she did not find a bag with tulle ribbons at all; ✔️ Instead of a butterfly, my husband was given just a bow, without a harness and any fastening🤷♀️, they said that we needed to pull in a rubber band... For all this mayhem, when there was absolutely no time for anything, there were simply no words at that moment. The seamstress ran around the salon with a phone, called the owner of the salon 300 times with the question what to do, the rings were sold, the pins from the dress, the havern were lost according to them, etc As a result, in all this fuss, we were supposed to go for my second dress, and then take a taxi back to the home address of the owner of the salon, where they promised to fix EVERYTHING. The cost of paying for a taxi at their expense. Because we had no way out, we had to agree. When we arrived at our home address after picking up the main dress: ✔️ The circles were found (bought somewhere), but they were not sewn to my size, they were sewn in front of me; ✔️ The waist was hemmed in front of me; ✔️ The cups were sewn on with me (2 TIMES, because one fell off during the fitting). During the celebration of the second day of the wedding, the cup also fell off, I had to look for thread with the witness and sew it up😭 ✔️ Everything else has been fixed and replaced; ✔️The cost of the taxi was calculated from the rent of the dress; ✔️ The owner of the store apologized for the situation; We were 40 minutes late for the minibus at 13:00. FORTUNATELY, THE DRIVER WAITED FOR US, to the detriment of his plans.. result: If you don't mind your nerves and you want to save money, then you can contact this salon. The owner of the salon really wants to wish a more responsible attitude to her business and establish service I hope I helped someone with the choice with my review.
