I want to leave an honest review about this kindergarten. The child went to kindergarten at the age of 3 for 2 months and stayed there for 4 months. Initially, we were told that the child would get into the senior group, but when it came time to enroll, it turned out that there were no places there. As a result, we were assigned to a group for the youngest. The kindergarten itself is a former state—owned one, which is also divided into two parts. The rooms are very small. We were promised 10-11 children in the younger group, but after a few months there were 15-16 children. The groups are simply overwhelming. In fact, the garden is no different from a regular state garden, but it costs several times more. At the same time, no classes are included in the price at all. There is no English, no dancing, no sports, no educational activities, no robotics, nothing. All such classes are offered separately and only for an additional fee. In other words, you pay for kindergarten, and you have to pay for any child's development from above. Children are constantly sick, which is not surprising with so many children and very small rooms. The organization of the space also raises questions. The children undress in the hallway, and then all the things are moved to the room where the children play and sleep. That is, one room is used for everything at once. During the 4 months of the visit, we did not see any noticeable results or development. In the younger group, children are practically not taught anything. If the child missed the days due to illness and you brought a certificate, the money is refunded only for meals — about 1,150 tenge per day. That is, if the child has been absent for several days, you will be refunded a very small amount. The management is very reluctant to contact, many questions are simply ignored. Personally, we were extremely disappointed. For that kind of money, you can find a really good private kindergarten with normal conditions and classes. It also creates the feeling of an ordinary state garden, only you have to pay several times more. I don't recommend it.
