We took children's tests through the state polyclinic (Onegen Batyr, Ili district). The laboratory lost our biomaterial, which was taken on 04.11 — blood and rhinocytogram. The staff of the polyclinic was informed: "there is no blood, take it again." We waited 10 days for the result, and because of the lost tests, the examination of the children was disrupted. The loss of biomaterial is a serious violation of the rules for registration and storage of samples, which is controlled by the Quality Committee of Medical Services and the SES. It is especially unpleasant that they tried to shift responsibility to the nurse, although the transfer of the material to the laboratory was carried out correctly. When it comes to children's tests, such mistakes are unacceptable.
