The hotel is on a quiet street. It's not noisy. There is no elevator. The rooms are quite decent for the price. The beach is less than a minute away. There are not enough outlets in the room. There are a lot of cafes, agencies, etc. nearby. A very sociable administrator named Babu.

It is good that the location of the hotel cannot be changed. Compared to previous visits, one of the advantages is that an intercom has appeared and now it is more difficult for outsiders to get to the rooms. That's where all the good things end. I have repeatedly stayed at this hotel and wrote rave reviews, but now everything has changed. Apparently, a Russian-Thai family (Luda's mother, Maxim and Fai) sold this hotel to the French and from that moment the problems begin. From February 15 to February 21, 2019, the room was cleaned only once, towels were changed and GARBAGE was THROWN OUT, although it used to be done daily. Upon check-in, we were charged a deposit of 1000 baht. Getting it back has become a whole problem. Since the reception is open from 8.30 to 19.00, and departure to the airport was scheduled for February 21 at 6.30 am, on February 20 at 17.00 I came to the reception, which was closed. Specified on booking.com the phone belongs to the old owners, so I had to worry until I found the new phone and got through to them. An hour after the call, the administrator and the bail department arrived. (It is not clear why they took the deposit). If earlier I recommended this hotel to everyone, now I will say that you can only go to it at your own risk. It is dirty, stinks of sewage, and it is not recommended to swim in the sea on sanitary days. Although the area is a little cleaner than in Pattaya itself. If you rest in Tai, then not Pattaya.
