They know how to brew beer, the only local drinkable bitter ale of double hopping is with them. But twice out of the three times that I visited them, the behavior of the staff was offensive. Rating the establishment, not the drinks.

You won't get any waiters. They walk around and pointedly ignore, the service is zero - you can sit for an hour and no one will approach you.
We haven't heard about politeness when dealing with customers here either.
Drinks and cuisine are on the average level.
