The roses were bought on February 13th in the evening. On February 15, the flowers were in such a state, there was care, there was enough water. In fact, the stem was already rotten. Of the 11 roses, 4 are rotten. The support explained that there is no guarantee for flowers during the holidays and holidays. And if the order is not via the mobile app, then there will be no guarantee any day. The refund was refused. Very poor quality. I'm attaching the photo as it originally looked.

After 15 minutes, I brought her home, put her in the water, almost immediately some of the roses began to turn out their petals, and in the evening several roses tilted their buds. In the morning, the bouquet looked very bad. I attach a photo of the bouquet immediately after purchase and how it looked the next day at 20:40 (a little more than a day has passed since the purchase). I was very disappointed, my mood and plans were ruined. The bouquet had to be thrown away. I do not recommend buying flowers here.

We didn't have a conversation with the store staff, as well as with the florist, but we managed to be rude after that. The flowers also needed to be returned to the store - the courier delivered them to the house. In total, the holiday was ruined, and due to disappointment, I refused a second order for 51 roses. According to the reviews of the Vitebsk branch, 64 Moskovsky Avenue, the claims are specifically against the staff. There are no questions about other points, we have not been contacted.
