The building is in a very good location... in the center of Shymkent, I personally rented an office there. It 's a good place . It's a pity that I had to leave there. There is a hotel on the 6th floor. 4,3,2,1, and there are rental premises on the ground floors.

We stayed overnight. The impressions are negative. There are cockroaches in the rooms, and not small ones, but red and big ones. The bed linen either does not change, or it is stored and refilled it is unclear how, since there is hair on the bed. The condition of the rooms a la the beginning of the 2000s. The bathroom causes disgust.
The price does not match the quality.
One star per order.

Everything is very good, although it depends a lot on the staff, or rather on their attitude towards customers. There are only a few rooms, but for some reason some will be fed because the food is in the price, while others only think that they should not be strained, even the brush with paste will not be changed until you tell them.

The room is nice, but there is a slight smell of tobacco. The bathroom needs to be updated. A large TV is not connected to anything, it just stands as an interior detail, turns on but does not show anything. And the elevator didn't work, I had to walk up to the 6th floor.
