An atmospheric place. I came with a friend.
I ordered ribs, they should detach from the bone if cooked correctly, but here it's not very good, and even one fat, there was practically no meat.
There was pasta with seafood, everything looked fine, the shrimp were peeled, but I took the last one and did not see that it was not peeled. It was a little unpleasant.
Payment by card did not work (as it turned out for a couple of days), and we only had cards! We booked a table by phone: they could have informed us about it by phone or when we had already sat down - it's their job to take into account such moments.

We have been here several times. Delicious pancakes - I advise you to try them. It's good for hookahs, but one of the hookah makers does it better (unfortunately, I didn't remember the name). Of the cons: it's very noisy on the veranda in the evening, music is playing everywhere, which makes everything merge into noise and you can listen to Shatunov and linkin park at the same time at one moment

In general, the place can be called cozy, if not for one circumstance. They're trying to cheat you blindly, I haven't seen this in a long time. The food is mediocre, the cocktails are 1/2 of the norm in volume for the price of a full one. Maybe that's the way it is in Minsk, but the sediment remains.
They do not issue bills, they wanted to cheat on 22 Belarusian rubles, with a bill of 170 rubles.

We went to the institution on Friday evening. I liked the interior of the place, the seating area too. However, we were surprised that only one waiter and one hookah master worked on such an evening, although there are at least 10 tables in the institution. And as a result, the waiter had to wait about 20 minutes, although he approached other guests who came later, and he did not respond to various non-verbal signs. When ordering, we repeated several times that we needed 1L lemonade for three people. He said that he understood everything, but in the receipt we eventually received 3 glasses of lemonade, which turned out to be much more expensive. Moreover, the lemonades were carried for about half an hour, although they should be cooked. The food tasted good and the prices were not very high.
As for hookahs, I would say that it is very, very average. The hookah master quickly found out our wishes, but in the end he did something rather nondescript in taste and smokiness. I was also disappointed that the hookah that was served to us was from a very cheap line, which did not meet my expectations from the institution. I was pleased that at least loud music wasn't hammering and we were able to spend time there normally. But I wouldn't visit this place a second time

This is not the first time we have visited this institution.
This time they came in a big company, which was not a big problem: they rearranged the tables and added another sofa for a comfortable pastime.
The service is at a high level, the staff is very polite and the atmosphere of the establishment itself is impressive.
The hookah master took into account all our preferences in taste and strength, which did not leave us indifferent.
I was very pleased with the restaurant's menu: there are snacks for a large company, as well as separate dishes for everyone, a large assortment of drinks for every taste. The waiting time is minimal, despite the heavy workload on Friday.
A nice bonus was a discount on the receipt at the end of the evening, which will please anyone.

Часто посещаю данное заведение. Очень приятная атмосфера, музыка, как раз подходит приехать и поработать, встретиться с друзьями. Персонал вежливый. Кухня очень вкусная. И что самое главное- большой выбор вкусов табака.

Seagulls are normal, hookah is cheaper on average in Minsk, but not very much for me. A little weak. Half an hour max, then even fresh coals did not help. The room is great, you can get stuck in games. Recommended!!!

They asked for a complaint book, said they didn't have it, it was in the office. The waiter was running all the time and did not respond to requests to provide a book. Besides, the wardrobe is like my grandfather's in the basement-it is located under the stairs as in some kind of utility room. But the music was good while we were waiting

It's a terrible place. The administrator provides false information to the waiter. We waited half an hour for everything to be taken out, although by agreement the dishes were supposed to be on the table by our arrival. At least some of the dishes. Beer diluted with water so that only the name of the beer is there. The impressions were disgusting. One star only for karaoke. I don't recommend it to anyone. They add extra items to the receipt. I don't recommend it.

Хотели отметить день рождения в этом заведении. За день забронировали столик, приехали с гостями в 6 часов вечера, зал пустой, нет ни посетителей, ни работников. Через минут 5 вышел работник и предложил занять любой стол, уходя бросив мол кухня, кстати, сегодня не работает. В воскресенье! Летом! Это как? Почему об этом никто не сообщил при бронировании и почему об этом нигде не написано? Пришлось экстренно менять планы и искать свободный стол в другом месте 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

Вообще не понравилось! Думали, что у этого заведения есть какая-то связь с брендом Дарк Сайд, но прям с порога стало понятно, что нет))
Заказали определённые вкусы табака, а забили какую-то жесть. Да и для 39 рублей за кальян (прайс как в Хукаплейсе и Мяте) иметь в ассортименте 10 вкусов табака – это просто смешно! Кухня в 00:00 уже не работала, хотя заявлено, что она открыта до 02.00. В целом грязновато, странно пахнет и совершенно не уютно. Больше не придем и никому не посоветуем.

Отвратительное место. Была в пятницу, в зале было 4 человека, за три часа официант один раз принес кальян и второй счет, я пришла позже своего спутника и после трёх попыток позвать официанта бросила эту затею. При этом на столе,есть кнопка вызова персонала. За счетом пришлось идти на бар, после этого недовольный официант принес счет при этом сунул часы прямо в лицо и сказал что кнопка не работает.

Заказывали столик на 6 вечера. Заранее, за пару дней.
По приезду оказалось, что кухня не работает! А значит сидеть бессмысленно.
Никто не соизволил ни позвонить, ни сообщить об этой проблеме заранее, или же при бронировании.
Место ужасное. Уважения к людям нет!
