The roof has been leaking for five years. People smoke constantly under the roof, and this smell spreads both to shops and just on the street under the roof. The railing is constantly wobbling, if you expect someone in the hallway - there's nowhere to even sit down. At least there used to be several organizations associated with children in the building. How it can be assumed that children come into contact with tobacco, broken railings and buckets is not clear to me. Amenities are zero, safety is zero. Very sorry. A building with an interesting roof, a good location and a beautiful shape. I hope that the landlord will either take over the premises or change. I highly recommend not sending children here alone, unless it concerns the central entrance. There is an entrance on the back side, but there is also an unloading area for all stores. There are always a lot of cars The shops are OK, but there are questions about the owner's care of the building..
